"There was an issue regarding a certain anarch gang, the Bandaleros, who were all almost wiped out as per the Sabot and amongst some other discrepancies. But one of the surviving ilk harbored and embraced the ideals of a neo-carth. The carth I believe was dealt with and things are back to normal, but the details on the gang situation are a little hazy to me."

:He scratches his chin as he goes down to the scruff of his beard:

"Other than that and the infernal, demon, hell scenario we've been able to hold our own. Bishop Carmichael on the other hand, is not pleased that his Templar is currently in hell, but someone needs to watch the black cross."

:He brings his arms to his chest and crosses them:

"So it looks like we're going to have to go doll hunting."

Piscin raises an eyebrow. "Okay....I think I'm gonna need a little more context. What demon/hell/infernal scenario? This is two gangs now that turned infernal - both wiped out, except for remnants? How are the Sabbat involved? I'm all for doll hunting, but I think I need a crash-course in what's been going on up here."

When the cross was recovered not to long ago, it was held in a mausoleum, which was under watchful eye of a heavy mass of wraith. A team of Anarchs, Sabot and Cam assembled to the graveyard there, hoping to find some answers. After sustaining casualties, the group was forced to retreat while James, the Templar to Bishop Carmichael, and I pummeled and buried the mausoleum to the ground, until a greenish glow of a sphere could be seen. James took the cross from inside the sphere and now guards it in hell, along with Johan the Dark; where they now spend the rest of their days fending it off against, albeit, legion of demons and wraiths and hell knows what-else who are drawn to it like a beacon."

:He raises an eyebrow, as if hoping he could shed some light on the confused Piscin:

"The Bali is also involved in all this. It spoke with us on the night of the graveyard robbery, and now I imagine wants the cross back. But it's not going to get it."

From her ever-distant expression, its almost impossible to tell how intently she's listening (or not listening), until she replies.

"So the cross was infernal, but it's in Hell now with the Sabbat that took it there. So, mostly settled, except you have a disgruntled Sabbat because they took a casualty. What other intel were you looking for when you all showed up? Maybe I can find you some of the answers you couldn't get before you had to retreat."

She flinches when he says the name 'Ba'ali,' fingers moving to her temples. "The ones that chant. They are still here? Where? How are they communicating with you? If they are here, the blood dolls probably found them, or would lead us to them."

"I couldn't tell you where they are, as they sound as if they are everywhere. They communicated to us that same night through one unfortunate kindred's body, possessing her image to extract their ugly one. She's OK now and I believe she might still be inside the bar if you'd like to talk to her about it. I dunno if she'd remember anything about it though. Look for a blonde-haired one with pig-tails and usually carries a doll. Goes by the name of Faye."

:He lights a cigarette:

"As far as Intel, I'm probably not the person you should be consorting to about that. I just kill shit; that's my job. I'm sure the Baron of Rockland would be more than willing to assist you in that regard. Here's his number."

:He opens his phone and gives the contact number:

She looks genuinely confused at the physical description Eric provides of Faye, but nods when he at least gives a name. She also accepts the phone number. "Yeah, I spoke to Rockledge back when you guys had Moloch in the Hudson River...he said he wanted the Tremere to come help, then apparently didn't accept their help when I sent them his way. At least that's what Erin Landon said, but she's dead now. Took the Whore of Babylon's heart into herself and had to be put down." She shakes her head. "Of course then some dumbass Archon drank the Whore's heartsblood, so who knows if that enemy is really gone or just part of his soul now."

A pause. Gathering her thoughts...they always scatter so quickly when conversations and visions intersect.

"Sorry if my questions are bungling things more than helping. The short version is I'm good at investigating - I just need to know what questions you all still have, and I can try to find the answers. If and when it's time to kill shit, well...I can help there too, but there's others in my gang better equipped for that part. If you have Ba'ali here, we need to root them out, or it won't matter how many blood dolls we track, how many mosuleums you bury, or how many Templars you send to Hell. We have to get to the source."

The thought makes her shudder.

"Never mind. Not doing any good to speak ill of our Baron anyway. He's got his own advantages for a Toreador, and flaws as do the majority of us."

:He takes a drag, then another as he turns to look at the view beyond the balcony and then back to Piscin:

"I personally don't have any real questions concerning current affairs, except that I don't know the extent to who or how many of the Bali are actually here, or if they can even be dealt with. I'm sure they can and I probably have in some ways, but you did mention the source."

:He gives a momentary pause as he points out his question:

"How would one go about to finding the source?"

Piscin laughs aloud, completely unable to hide her shock. "Coherent? You think I'm COHERENT? Gods, what did that Unicorn-fucker DO to me?" Three fingers lightly and unconsciously touch her forehead, where a third eye would be. (((Ashes feels a flash of pain, a flinch, over the MMN))).

But then her eyes settle on Eric again. "You meant that as a compliment, though. I keep forgetting the rules of this realm, so severed from the abstract. Sorry. Tangent."

When he asks his final question, she looks decidedly uncomfortable, and answers very quietly so as to avoid being overheard. "Usually, you don't find it - it finds you. Is Faye a Seer? A Malkavian? If not, and if she's not tainted herself, then it was probably the location. If that's the case, I could go there and try to become a conduit so I can trace it- but that's dangerous as fuck. If you guys still have blood-mages helping you out, has anybody mapped the ley-lines yet? They're probably concentrated, and corrupted, at the Ba'ali's source. You could also try looking through the Occult realms; their rituals are...(((flinch.)))...gruesome. Have babies been disappearing? They are the favored human sacrifices in the dreams...."

Piscin looks at Ashes apologetically. "Sorry, man. Didn't mean to share that...thanks for the welcome, and I'll let you know when I've found your egg. Then I'll hide one for you too." She watches him walk off, a sad and thoughtful expression on her face.

Then she turns back to Eric. "I sent a message to Rockledge. We can go inside and get Feye if you think it's a good idea - I'll follow your lead on this one, since I'm not completely up to speed on what's been happening. But you need to find questions before you can find the shit that needs killing. Ashes is right, though - these questions are a bad idea. It's always a bad idea."

OOC - Bruce said we can do some investigative stuff via soft proxy, so hopefully I can do something useful for you all before your next game! Very Happy

She wrinkles her nose in disgust when he mentions the cauldrons of baby parts. "Can't speak to what the Sabbat do with them...but I know what the Ba'ali do, and it's not that. Theirs involves altars, and chanting, trying to open a portal." She looks haunted. "One hundred at a time, their deaths quenching the thirst of all those who chant, all those in the choir..."

She takes a moment to come back to herself, but again seems confused by the physical description Eric provides. "Whose Clan? Ashes, or mine?" A quick shake of her head. "Anyway, seems to me like the strongest lead is that mosoleum, and Faye if she was the conduit they chose. How long ago did the two gangs get corrupted? There might be leads there, too, if any survived or if we know what they were up to when they were destroyed. These blood dolls - they were for feeding? Ashes called them wights. Where were they last seen, and what was their role?"

"Also, I'm not very keen at giving accurate descriptions of people. Old age and all. And yes, there was an altar with fresh blood in the last known location of these rituals. I can't remember when it was or where, but it was pretty recent. Other people who were there can give you info on that. Feel free to talk to them, of course. As for the remaining gang members, I think the survivors who were presumed to be infernal were dealt with or are in hiding; the hillbillies and the bandaleros. I don't have leads on their whereabouts. As for the blood dolls, a group of us who ventured into the woods discovered a blood bank with about ten bodies. I dealt with them in the appropriate manner; mercy killings and a funeral. Later on, we encountered some of the wight children and killed them. This was several months ago."

:He appeared confused himself when Piscin brought up clan:

"Aren't y'all Malkavian? I know Ashes is, but aren't you? If you are, I don't care really. I've had enough run ins with crazy pranksters to call it quits from all that. Although, you guys are crazy, no offense."
