Rockland , NY (Under The Rock)
Rockland in WestchesterCounty in New York has been Independent or Anarch for some decades now. Generally forgotten in the battle for New York City, it has been a melting pot of Kindred. Not only are there Anarchs, but a number of Independents including the Giovanni.
For many years, the area was under the leadership of a single elder by the name of Francios Bardonia, who led more through his personal power than anyone agreeing with his political beliefs. Gangs of Anarchs fought for local street power, beneath his notice for the most part. The last year or so has seen a great deal of chaos however; there are rumors that he has been killed and that the streets run red with kindred blood fighting to determine who is in charge now.

1st change should be:
Rockland County, next or adjacent to Westchester_County in New York State has been mostly an Anarch AND Independent Domain for some centuries now. Generally forgotten in the battle for New York City, it has been a melting pot of Kindred. Not only are there Anarchs, but a number of Independents, including Assamites, Setites, and the Giovanni.
2nd change should be:
For several centuries, the area was under the leadership of a single gang of elders; The Masons of Free liberty, whose gangboss/lord was the domians founder, Baron Francios Bardonia: who led more through his personal power than anyone agreeing with his political beliefs. Gangs of Anarchs who met the appropriate criteria would petition him for territorial domain rights over townships within the county.
3rd change should be:
The last several years or so have seen a great deal of chaos however; there are rumors that The Baron has resigned his post and that the streets run red with kindred blood fighting to retain control over the county in the face of a seemingly infitite influx of threats looking to exploit his absence.
