Francois sends a hand delivered invitation to every anarch in the Rockland, Orange area and those anarchs that he knows visit often.

The invitation is in a thick paper envelope sealed with a wax B signet.

The invitation itself is hand written in formal caligraphy on velum.

It says "Dear ___________ (insert your characters name),

I have an important message to deliver to all anarchs about the future of our movement. If you would do me the courtesy of visiting Club Samantha on Wednesday the 24th of April, at 11p.m. I would be eternally grateful. I will make a brief announcement as to where I would like to see the future of our cause headed and then the floor will open for discussion. Please be prompt.
