(For ease of play I am assuming that all who wish to be part of this scene are already present. Just jump in at any point as if you were here the whole time.)

[Nox adresses all present in a private back room:]

"I would like to make a few suggestions based upon my training and experiences in the field. Heres a very quick overview:

Stop gathering with mortals near. I know it s the whole blend in amongst the populace angle but as you clearly saw a the last gathering it can and will be used against you. One simple insurgent can tie up your valuable resouces and activities for quite some time. Having a location away from possible witnesses wont prevent attacks but it will reduce the blow back with requards to the mortal populace. This in return will keep your resources and assests free for more pressing issues. Locations such as old warehouse districts and factories are great for this.

Next I would like to address the actual structure for the gatherings. Have a few located in areas away from mortals but also reinforce these decrepit structures on the inside. Keep the outside looking run down but make the guts hardend and if you wish, pretty. Keep perimiter surveilence low key but definetly present. Nothing says 'hey look over here' more then an old run down building surrounded by security cameras and guards. Just keep them hidden is all. Security forces pretending to be homeless groups work well in these situations. Warding such locations is also important to keep out spiritual harrasment and intel gathering.

Preping the locations for seige probbably is not what you will desire as these are "burner" locations to be discarded when needed. That being said you should have a way out. This doesn't need to be a secret tunnel now, more often those are used against you. A caravan of two or three executive transports can exfil VIP's and team members pretty quick. IED's and RPG's would be a thorn in this plan but we're not in a country that ends in 'stan' so you should be safe.

Also having someone specifically dedicated to covering up mortal incidents is key. I am not just talking about cleaners but also those with enough pull with the local police and media to end anything before it even begins. I am sure you already have this but it needs to be said for topic completion. Protect these local contacts as they will likey become targets by those who wish to weaken your breach concealment abilities. Keep them safe and only use them when needed. The more you utilize an assest, the more you expose it to the enemy. The odds eventually catch up with you.

"The Security of the gatherings are usually handled by the host. As you can see clearly at this bar, the Harleyquinns have adapted several of your suggestions.

"Indeed. Originally when I had arrived to the gathering with my gang, it was my intention to actually leave the Cabana and even host the gathering elsewhere, like Harleys or the Warehouse District. I am intimately familiar with it's layout as the District was once Custodians territory; perhaps it would be best if we had held the gathering there or just go there next time."

"Just a thought but why don't why just have someone dressed in rags posing as a bum to subterfuge as security personnel? I'm sure one of the Nosferatu would be more than qualified by means of their powers of the blood. That way we can look less conspicuous seeing as how hiding cameras might make things too complicated as there is only so much you can hide before it becomes useless."

:Exhales: "Just saying. And I like the idea about warding off the place but that also sounds like it could border the conspicuous side."

[Nox nods, thinks for a moment, then looks to those present:]

Concealing of security cameras is quite easy. A trained proffesional may be able to spot them but you will spot that individual first which is the purpose of the cameras. The homeless disguise is excellent considering the "desolation" of the gatherings location. As you said Nos are great for this not just for their concealment arts but for their ability to have animals such as rats act as sentries as well. Warding is only noticiable from the inside of the structure and even then only by those trained in such arts. Overall, this is not a 'secret' lair. Your enemies will eventually find it. These should be burner locations and nothing more.

Still, above all else you got to get away from groups of mortals. Not only do you risk a breach but you risk their lives with your presence. If you know your a target then you must understand that those mortals around you become colateral damage. Such loss should be kept to a minimum. I am sorry if this sounds preachy but its a warriors duty to keep civilian casulaties to a minimum if able. This is what seperates us from that Sabbat.

If being the responsiblility of the host is the way you wish to go, may I suggest that you then adopt a code of standards that must be followed. A minimum bar to be met much like mortals and their building codes and regulations. Perhaps the gangs leaders can sit down and hammer out such a thing.
