Overview;

The back room of this establishment has been reserved for members of the an arch movement. One way or another you are invited to attend.

as any others arrive Aaron can be found in the back room getting ready to speak. He looks serious.

You are greeted at the door by a woman named Sandra, who offers to take your coat, and shows you to your appropriate seat.

A podium, with pairs of chairs surrounding it is located in the front of the room.
These at all clearly marked for each gang leader, and enforcer.

Additional unmarked seating can be found in following rows.

He hands his jacket to Sandra and takes a seat in the enforcer section near the left side of the podium. He anxiously shakes his leg as he holds an unlit cigar in one hand and a zippo in the other; the hinged top of the lighter exposing windscreen as a 'springing' is heard only for it to be 'clamped' down again on it's own metal::

"On behalf of myself as the Enforcer of the Custodians, and as the Eldest Brujah of this county, I'm honored and privileged to take part in this Anarch meeting and I have one very important question."

"We allowed to smoke here?" :Raised eyebrow:

OOC - I haven't yet sent them proxy of my sheet. Does anyone know what format they want it in like rtf or something cause then I'm going to need a dl copy myself...maybe.

Im going to touch base on a few different things, but the first order of business is to send some support to Williamsport. our brothers and sisters there need our support. i will be going, and i hope that you are too.

And yeah Eric (shoots Eric a quick glance) you can smoke... just don't burn the place down.

The door to the backroom opened in its simple fashion. In walked the unassuming pencil pushing William Bardonia, blank in expression as usual as he took his time to close the door behind him. Sandra had approached him, the two gave their brief exchange of pleasantries and instead of a silk jacket to 10,000 dollar suit, the Ventrue relieved a simple khaki zip up jacket. The man looked more like a corporate drone or an office worker than something one would find at the board room.

Lifting his dulled and somber eyes over he inspected the small crowd as he was ferried over a podium reserved for the Council of the Rose. William did not even glance at the podium as he took a seat at it's left side indicating he was neither enforcer or leader as he remained to himself at the moment ever the attentive listener.

Since the proxys have all been declared, and all participants went to Williamsport, please help me bring this post up to current time frame. Aaron would thank all those who went, and this scene ends with them leaving for the night. Aaron reschedules the agenda of the meeting for a later time in the week after the Williamsport event.

Sts, please let me know who (of who i know) came to williamsport, and attendence of any NPC's at the meeting, which will continue in this thread after your input.

Thank you all, who attended the Anarch gathering in williams port. It was a great show of strength, and our brothers and sisters appreciate it.

Now, on to other business. Ive called you all here for the purpose of discusing strategy and defence of our city, and a few nuances surrounding our defense strategy.

I will need to hold a formal meeting with all enforcers. Please identify yourselves to make this go a bit faster.

Likewise i am looking for a few individuals who are always in the "know" regarding the goings on within our area. I will need you to come forward aswell.
