Evening had just arrived over casting the once bright and vivid skies. Winter chill grazed the surrounding area as a bright Prius rode inward parking next to Harley's and Honey's. Emerging out was the plain, expressionless, somber businessman in the same trench coat he seemed to be wearing everywhere he ventured now.

William had contacted anyone he could, anyone who had influences, contacts, fame and so forth. The message which he trickled down across Rockland was simple: Piscin could use some help.

In further detail it was about her establishment of the city of Williamport in Pennsylvania. The city was once held by the Sabat before they were driven out and in order to keep them out fort certain, cementing of city influences in Williamport were needed and that mean growth and assistance.

William gave instructions that the meeting would take place in the alley-way right outside of the bar somewhat walking into the barren darkness as the business lit a lamp that he brought along and waited at the dead end.

From out of the deepening darkness twin glowing red orbs seemed to float by themselves, accompanied only by the scratching of boots on pavement and a billowing cloud of blue smoke. As he stepped into the light the gleam from his eyes would remain, a counter-point glow flaring from the cherry of the cigar in his mouth. His hands were stuffed into his pockets as he sauntered up to little B, the single light from the business wrapping around his hooded features, only the lower half of his face visible, aside from the eyes.

His right hand would raise pulling the stogie from his mouth as he regarded the younger bardonia, exhaling a plume of smoke away from the both of them before speaking. "You called. If Piscin needs help you know I'm all in. What is the situation?"

"The Anarchs in Williamport want a loan of influences from Rockland to secure and grow their own influences quickly less the sabat there return. If we plan accordingly we can send such a loan in the later month of Febuary. Any matter of influences you can offer or pledge for that month will be appreciated. I myself plan on growing my resources and my own holdings to reach a greater capicity and send it along the month of mid March. A selfish accusation but something that will do the local movement three times as well for the expense of the month."

William remained somber in face as he opened up a small black book. He inspected the tiny penmanship for a moment before the expressionless man returned it back into the pocket of his signature trench coat.

"On what I have received from the Baroness herself, Madame Piscin has been developing influences in citywise institutions like politics, industry and health, her own reputations on the streets and dabbling into the occult back dealings all in Williamport.

But one can be creative as any resource or influence can contribute in growing this, a criminal might muscle his way further into the streets, a politician might gain the favor of a local union of industry, a busing hub might start offering a charity delivery of material to your local clinic.

Any influence you are willing to loan or lend in the late February month will be helpful to the cause in Williamport."

Wouldn't it make sense that anyone with the fame enough to help someone grow there, could simply grow there, and then anarchs could control influences there, assuming that is the goal. Besides that, since when do Sabbat use influence?

"It would not make more sense madame, one may use fame to assist with our fellow Anarchs in Williamport as much as using influence. Both work well to achieve the same end, if both are used it is twice as well. I do not understand your second demand and its relevance madame, may you please shed more light on the matter?"

We owe Piscin big time. She saves our collective bacon at least twice during recent events and then we apparently stirred up some trouble for her regarding their local camarilla. I'd rather we pay our debt and stay on good terms with Piscins domain rather than try to muscle in on her territory.

Besides which, we have enough to be getting on with extending our influence over orange county. Why split our focus before securing what is already on our plate? Remember what happened to the dog with a chop who saw his own reflection in the water and tried to grab the other chop? Because he wasn't satisfied with what he already had, he ended up with nothing.

William paused for a moment as he heard the words and reasoning of the Baron. The Bardonian merely crossed his arms not desiring the Baron to place words in his gang leader's mouth though still curious to know if that was her suggestion.

"Madame Alura, was such a suggestion your intent? Because madame, I can assure you that Madame Piscin with all her orthodox mannerism is extremely shrewd and we see this foot not as the help she asked for but as an immense insult to her. . .After all she has done for our cause here in Rockland we would be seen all around the eastern coast as immensely ungrateful for doing such a thing now.

Regardless... May I inquire if there are some influences, fame, resources or other holdings you are willing to loan for an assistance in growth for a single month?"

Cyrus visibly bristled at the idea of stabbing the anarchs of the steel valley in such a fashion. A low snarl would ripple from him before he spoke, the red glow of his eyes flaring briefly. "We are not going to even attempt to gain a foot-hold in Piscins' turf. They did the work, we will not reap the benefits. If anyone of us attempts to do so, it will not be pretty." He exhaled another plume of smoke, planting his shoulders against the closest wall.

"Regardless, It is my observation that those that have arrive do wish to help Madame Piscin. In order to do this, the steps are quite concise. During the next month when our holdings and influences refresh, those that wish to loan will contact me and tell me that they have their influences organized. I will then give you a contact which will personally reach Madame Piscin.

When you contact the Madame, you will then inform her the nature of the help you are giving. Then you will send such help over to Williamport for a single month so the Madame's own growth in the city can be assisted."

(OOC: When you get your influences organized, contact me and I will give you Kelly email, then you will tell her how much of what influence you will be lending for February, March, April, etc. and maybe do a mini write up to explain the nature of the help for fun RP reasons.

IE. Dear Kelly/Piscin, This month I am sending my extremely competent ghoul Mr. Big to drive over to Williamport to deliver the profits of my company this month and some petty cash from my person account.

Well I apologize. I certainly don't want to step on anyone's toes. I assumed it would be better to solidify the whole territory and keep things secure over a long period of time, rather than one month of help. I can certainly help with 'just one month', while I was offering a lifetime of assistance.

Silly me, I was looking at helping the cause, not just one person.

This action is not throwing such resources in a temporary wind to be discarded at the end of the month, rather helping the building of holdings that will last in Williamport as long as the Anarchs reside in such a location."
