This Hall is connected to the feature/part hall below by a winding staircase in the center. The floor/door can be closed when the party hall is rented by an underage group such as highschool or summer campers. Despite the tasteful quality of the art in this room, Le Gallery takes strides to avoid potentially offending the parents of Rockland County.
OOC: I include this hall specifically to please Lord Ale(x)jandrous. It is also a masquerade up zone. Kindred should be aware of this when apreciating the art in this room.
