point of clarification:
We don't charge an innitiation fee for people to join the gang then give nothing in return.

Members of the gang, that is, those who have already joined us, regularly contribute up to 10% of our personal assets towards a communal account with which we fund our ambitious goals and projects; those that have county wide applications... at the very least.

This also allows the council to have a pool of funds availalbe with which to co-sponser the individual projects of members. In this way, if a rose wishes to open a buisness that requires and innitial investment of say a quarter million dollars, then rather than said rose having to wait nine months to save up enough money to do it, especially a new rose, we can pay the innitial investment costs for them, and they can pay back the loan from the profits of their new buisness over time.

We also of course convert some of councils fiscal assets into practically applicable on hand assets; read as "gear".

Similarly, a large quanta of the general pool of funds counts as 'grease' for the influences. This is useful when an action would require more grease then you happen to have on hand yourself. You can take the action anyway using cushion funds from the general pool, then restore them later... if neccesary. The acqusition of influence in and of itself being a primary focus of our gang is also of great benefit to its members.

As for the charges, I will post them shortly in our usual place of buisness/politics/government/etc. There will need to be some discussion on exactly what is and is not considered appropriate ...or rather tolerable behavior for a 'free society'. One thing this incident has highlighted is an unfortunate vagness in our standards of conduct, if any. I will be anxious to see if the anarchs have any interest in formerly clarifying and codifying anything in response to sniffles actions, even if he is granfathered of any 'blame' in them.

Not including the 'biggie' charge of course.

plzs keep in mind that the conduct if it gets stricter could affect many others as well. not everyone is like me and you charles, we need to relize that

Wiggs looks at him dumbfounded... With food in his mouth laughs and laughs... Laughs so hard that he get chicken bones in his throat... Making him hard to speak... Wiggs takes lethal as he tries to rearrange his vocal cords and some take out the bones... After that he looks at Charles and goes.... "sooo um what wings your getting charlie me boy? and what brought this change?" Wiggs devilishly grins as he takes huge swig of his beer.

oh charles i refuse to allow that long, i think a week an d a few days more is enough to give me charges, or else you cross the line of allowing the defense time for themsleves
