We gotta do this now or never. 3rd weekend of july or august. September is booked across the org with events. I'm thinking 5 campsites for fri and sat night we gotta clear out by 1 on Sunday. That's about 300 to rent em. More details to follow. I need people to start making decisions about which month. Allentown wants to visit as well as some even farther and I need to give them a date.

I'm down for whatever but would prefer July, cause I'm just bored outta my mind as of late and would love to have a summer event asap. Fill us in on all the details whenever possible.

We can't do August because of Renfaire. Several of our members are also renee's. It would need to be July for a summer event; or perhaps if we are not married to the idea of summer, we can do a camping trip in October instead. An october trip would have the bonus that many insects would already be dead for the year.

It would be horrible if we missed a significant portion of the game due to ren fair. It'd also be horrible to lose anyone at all. Over the next few days/weeks we'll be making final decisions based on interest and attendence and the game itself.

i honestly would vote for an event in the fall, but if august and July are two options, idk. Bruce what camp/area did you have in mind, Croton point?
