-Carles rockledge begins setting things up for the meeting. He places many folders of papers down upon the table. The projector is all set up with an MSpowerpoint presentation ready to go. Some nice think music is playing in the background and refreshments are on the table.
-After looking at his watch, Charles speaks into a small earpiece radio
"Joeseph"
J: "Right here sir" he replies from just beind.
-Charles surpresses the urge to jump up startled.
"what are you doing up here? You're meant to be escorting the guest from the garage as they arrive in."
J: "Mail call"
-Joesepgh hands charles a letter.
-as charles opens the letter
"One of the girls could've brought in the mail"
-Charles Rockledge reads the letter:

Oh. We-e-ell!. Alright then.
-begins packing things back up; pauses to speak into his earpiece again
"Sweetie, put a sign up on the door in case anyone comes here by mistake. We're over at Club Samantha today."
-A deep mail voice eminates, sarcasticly from the earpiece
"Sure thing precious"
"Damn it all; sorry, I'm used to HER being on switchbord duty for these occasions. sigh
