To revisit this, If you are not wearing a badge or sign on your person that states, "Wearing trenchcoat" Or "Holding a large duffelbag with a shotgun" etc, and you yourself are not wearing a trenchcoat out of character, or carrying a prop large duffelbag, then it is simply not there.

Several players voiced there opinion of concern to me about this happening last game, where someone had no prob or tag displayed but had allegedly been carrying a duffelbag all night.

There will be no room for discussion from this point on. If Your PC has a bandana over his face, and you have no tag saying so, or actual bandana over your face, you dont have it IN character.
