::Ulrich sends a letter on very expensive stationary to all the gang leaders he knows of in both Rockland and Orange. In the old fashioned way the message is hand delivered. On the back it is sealed with wax containing the initials UB. The letter reads as follows::

I, Ulrich, gang leader of the Knights invite all gang leaders to meet for a gang leaders council at Club Samantha. At the door, simply mention your name and you be let in and escorted up to the private conference room we will be using. I for one am sickened that none of us have sat down and begun to negotiate for territory and officially taken responsibility for it. I'm calling this council to try to peacefully negotiate this territory so that we do not begin a war amongst ourselves because we find our selves vying for conflicting interests.

Just for clarification the Montgomery district includes the cities of Montgomery, Walden and Maybrook.

I am thankful for Charles' actions, that camarilla turncoat is a loyal anarch who deserves our protection from the other sects.

However Charles fails to realize two things, first the cammys only went after Tenna because of the water under the bridge act, last i checked that act was solely for Rockland county, not Orange....i believe we didn't really have to return Tenna to the cammys at all.

Secondly, Charles also fails to realize that sometimes a baron needs to bring the hammer down.

I am in agreement that Charles is out, but who should be a replacement?

Michael looks to Vincent and nods with a slight smirk on his face he then listens to billy and leans back in his chair he plopped himself in befor saying "well that is the real question billy that's something everyone who lives here should decide on, see I've been reading as of late and one thing I find most helpful in this is our status perfectus" he reaches down into his pocket and pulls out a piece of paper that he unfolds ad presses down to get some of the wrinkles out. The paper reads:

But this is what i offer, to keep this territory that we have declared a free state for all that wish to be free and never let our brothers and sister who live here to become prisoners again." he leans back into his chair leavening the paper on the table for anyone else to read

His expression is calm, as his facial mannerism convey messages of surface thoughts stating 'forthright' and 'genuine'. A few seconds later he returns to his previous spot, arms crossed and looks at Michael and then to the rest.::

"Mike already knows that I back him on his decision to claim Barony. I think he has the potential to lead the anarchs by a means of diplomatic immunity in endeavors of intersect relations, and by a good means of defending the county. I also believe, even though I barely know him, that he'll do so without jeopardizing the movement through an abuse of power. So mike you intend on being Baron, you do look the type who can be a warlord, of this i have no doubt, yet i have no idea if you posses the political savvy to deal with the other sects without your fists.

I only know this, the Camarilla claimed their territory and have it...i would imagine that very soon the other sects will attempt to claim their own territory, last time we had a territory grab in Rockland, when land was unclaimed by us, the other sects tried to move in, So i believe it is imperative that we focus this meeting on making sure that all territory is claimed and vouched for.

As far as who will be Baron, this should be a decision that all anarchs decide, not just the gang leaders, i'd suggest we table this discussion about who wants to be Baron until the next gathering, plus this will give room for other, perhaps more qualified anarchs to try to be Baron.

Michael nods to Eric and then turns to billy and listens to him then leans forward to the table he crosses his hands as he rests the of his body on his forearms he then says "this is already claimed as our territory the reason the cam have any part in this territory is cause charles gave it to them gangs don't need to take claim to areas to make them ours keeping our presance in each area does make others think twice befor moving in and your right it should be discussed with all anarchs as i did at the last gather and out of everyone there i believe i had 90% of thouse gathered backing me. It also appears there is more then just gang leaders here." he leans back in the chair again befor continuing "I for one don't plan on claiming anything if Charles is baron and I'll live in rockland till I move my shit to ct and wish you all the best luck but I'm not following that idiot any longer and the longer we wait on this the Easier it will be for the other factions to move in as well. " he tilts his chair back a bit befor saying "oh and nobody else spoke up last gather by the way"
