The black cross was a legendary artifact of note that almost destroyed the entire area. In the end it ended up killing Hotaru who was cursed to hell to guard it. It has been told that it may resurface again.

Samantha is the ex Baron's grand childe, childe of Isabella, who was killed by hunters. Different hunters mind you than attacked us recently.
I held the ceremony for her passing.
My point is this. I know this town. I've been around here forever. This was before your torper, before you ever arrived.
There was a club built in her honor, named club Samantha. Vincent Bardonia who was the grand childe of Ulrich Bardonia. Built this club in her memory.
My point is this. There is a rich history to this area. I know and a few others know this history.
I have good ties with the Bardonia family who border us. Who set us all free. Who protected this land for 200 years.
There is a lot more going on than meets the eye. There are millions of things to know and even I do not them all. But I know this area.
I grew up here. I died here. I grew up again here. I protect this area because it is my home, my life, my being.
I have learned more about this life than I've ever wanted to know.
Support me or not. I am protecting Rockland from someone ignorant or uninformed from taking power. Someone who does not know the situation and what is going on and getting us all killed in the process.
Some looked at the two werewolves left and see it as an opportunity to finish off a problem. I see them holding the territory from an even worse threat.
Today I protected two werewolves instead of finishing them off while they are weak. Standing up to someone who I know could easily kill me. I do this in hopes that not only do I consider them useful for holding the area. Not only do I consider them too weak to pose a real threat. Not only do I hope they will return the favor someday. But I hope one day maybe centuries from now it can lead to a peace.
So forgive me for not being perfect. We are all dust in the wind after all. I am however doing the best I can. In return I don't think a little respect for all I have done and am doing isn't too much to expect. And if that means including me in a meeting that I may not necessarily belong to said clan, that shouldn't be an issue.
Realize for every thing you hear about what I've done, there are at least five things you don't know that I've done for the sake of everyone. And whether you agree with my logic or not, your best interests are at heart.
So feel free to be little ungrateful bastards. I will be more than happy to step down and walk away. I am not doing this for my sake. I am doing this for yours, the sake of Rocklands and the sake of the Anarchs. |

It is interesting that you, the knights would be willing to give your suport to the likes of me seeing as how, according to reputation anyway, you lot are phlosophically opposed to the camarilla, at best being disloyal oppositionists whereas I tend to iconographicly be cam-light, with my objective being the reformtion of the cam social structure such that the need for revolution would end and reunification between our two sects can occur can occur.

Again, I am an old fashioned fellow. "If it aint broke don't fix it", is my motto. We had a system here that worked for several centuries, before even more revelutionary elements came to town and wrecked, it. Mustache guy I'm citing, I don't remember his name. If you all end up picking me for the job for some reason, than it will be my intention o revive the old sytem reguadless of how cam-lite like it is percieved.
Namely. The decision making body of this county will be made up of one representetive of each CLAN. Don Giovanni and Sid Luscious will be invited to sit on this committee as as well; and Almina. The anarch clans are free to elect their own representetives, but I do declalre I would prefer blood desendents of the Masons of liberty if available. A long as this county is shared between multiple sects then direct comunication in its intersts is better than sending heralds to and fro for every new idea.
The sabbat on the other hand, I consider to have long since commited acts of war against us in breach of the water under the bridge compliance treaty. Begining with the murder of Joey bag o' donuts, through the loss of the bruja elder Rayne and one to to the masquerade breech in the cafe most recently. They are not invited. I consider us to be in a state of war with the sabat and until such time as they surender and agree to a new treaty, otherwise, it is my intntion to see them repelled completley from the borders of this county and held thereafter at the the new york city line.

I can vouch for that. I know Allura well enough to when she's been pranked. I'd wager 10 quid on it having been Almina. No as cam undermining anarch nonsens mind you, just as a malkavian having a bit of fun. Amina's done that before, had a spot of fun while here as invited guest. Unfortnatly, she does not seem to forsee the consequencs of her pranks or else doen't have a care over what the consequences might be.

Any peace we make with the sabbat will be made independent of the peace with the cam. The cam are being atacked by sabbat from three directions at once, and loosing ground. They are not likel to sit and make peace, pride and all, nor are the sabbat likely to ofer them one while still holding a position of significant srenght against them. Our best hope for pece with the sabbat is that they find us too strong that it would matter we we allingned with the cam against them, as we have done, to the point where they offer to leave us be i we promise to stay out of it, stay neutral, and let them have fre reng to have goes at the cam.
I do not support such a means to peace though. The sabbat are just so terrible that I feel we're all beter off keeping our newer treaties with the cam acrossthe bridge and simply repelling the sabat back and trapping them withing their metropolis citadels.

No one ever gives the setites the proper respect. That is since Baron Bardonia at any rate. We were on good terms for a long time with sid. Then he tries to help us an is scorned for having had comunion with one of his gods.

oops, what I Idoing I'm supposed to arguing the other side of the coin, soorry, right, she's right though, I ten to e an easy mark, and would of course prefern not to be taken out onaccount of being compromised, so avoiding the situation that wouldcause it is fine by me.

Yes, but it's not so much a question of our name. What favor did he ask? We want him and his back in cahoots with us and ours like t as before where we can trade on eachothers strenghts or the sake of the county as a whole. Do you want him back in the fold only by kindness of his heart; which might be in a jar on the other side of theworld for all we know.
If he is ofering reconcilliatin at a price then it's worth considering whether the cost of that price weighed against the value of say the addition of setite sorcey into our combat plans versus this new enemy is of a good value.
-OOC@ST's: re alluras treaty comments - I don't know the treaty specifics either. Do they exist, do we need a certain level of anarch lore to know the details?

I don't need destruction to kill someone. I was just making a point that it's a power that has never been used around here as far as I know.
There was a person calling for my death... I'm just saying the whole thing goes both ways.
Also the Setites wanted an undisclosed favor to be redeemed at a later date in exchange for nothing. This is not an agreement I am willing to make.
They can take their lies elsewhere.
As far as I understand the treaty is between all 3 sects. That's why I wanted to see it. Everyone is complaining everyone else is breaking it and no one actually seems to know what the treaty is.

Well, I spit on the notion that people can govern themslves without a cental authority. Syndicated comunism. It DOESN'T work. It is a dream. A nice, pleasant, wistful, utpian, yet ultimatly foolish dream.
Life, and unlife, just doesn' work that way. Only the truly individual creature who spends his existence completley alone with no companionship whatsoever can be said to be truly self-governing and autonomous.
Any social grourp greater than 1 unit will encounter situations where indecision means death. Survival therefore means the agrement among members of the social group to defer to a central decision maker in those times when a decision must be made on the spot with no time for discussion.

I don't think your not. There's a line from Punisher2099, when he is fighting with Vendetta2099. Vendetta doesn't like punisher because she thinks he thinks he is better than her becase he is a man. He uses a feint attack than says "I don't think I'm better than you because I'm am man. I think I'm better than you because I've been doing it longer. Take into account folks, I'm only 3 years old. Allura is older than me by far as is many others and presumaly has therefore accumulated more wisdom than I have yet to do. This is why age carries weight amongst kindred.
