Under The Rock

Charles Rockledge

-The scene takes place here. There are no mortals present this scene, all have been cleared out for the usual heavy equipment security standards. normal security is still present outside to prevent gate crashing paparatis and the like.

On a whim, to relieve some of the pressure of recent events, and temporarily postpone the worry over impending future events, Charles Rocklesdge decides that it would be pleasent diversion for all, as well as a less heavily charged atmosphere for people to get to know one another; to have a Welcome Party to celebrate all the new members of the community to have recently joined us here in Rockland County.

Charles hastily, but not wastefully sends out invitations to the anarch community, delivered by hand via his ghouls; and arranges for the usual entertainments. Charles will officially welcome the new residences of the county, and present them to the crowd, allowing them open mic time, or whatever, to say hello to all if they wish it.

A young woman looking to be in her early 20's, with light blonde hair and grey blue eyes wanders into the party hall. She takes in the surroundings with a glazed over look in her eyes.

Her gaze eventually falls upon Charles Rockledge, and a young Asian woman standing beside him. She wanders over casually, greeting Mr. Rockledge with a small bow.

"Mr. Rockledge, good to see you again." She speaks airily, a small smile on her face. Her gaze shifts to the young woman next to him, curiously.

"And who is your friend, Baron?"

Lilys eyes widen comically.

"P-Public introduction? n-no thats fine!"

She looks around the room at all the other kindred in attendance. she turns her gaze back to charles, a small smile on her face.

"I prefer a more personal method. Speaking to each as I meet them."

Her eyes dart over to the young Asian woman now dubbed as Missy wolf, and smiles.

"It is a pleasure to meet you Missy Wolf, I am Lily. I do have a last name, but its not something I commonly share. A habit beat into me by my sire."

She grins, baring her teeth in an almost comical manner.

"I am of the clan Malkavian. We who are often laughed at and called mad, even though it is WE who see truth as it is. We, who in the end always have the last laugh."

Her eyes dart to wiggs when he steps up to charles and speaks. She frowns, but says nothing at his interruption.

The bright silver fuel economic card drove to the back of Le Galley De' Beaute, the central hub of the cultural old guard of the Rockland Anarchy. Sitting in the driver seat was a very handsome blonde man dressed in a very nice suit as he was enjoying an evening smoke taking a look back at the somber figure that sat in a formal posture in the passenger seat.

This man was known as Lucas Catila, a corporate business yes man from the gilded ivory towers of New York City, and currently the ghoul of William James Bardonia. "Your alot to handle you know that?" he told the man inspecting him from the rear mirror, the blonde stroking a hand through his slicked back hair. "I come down all the way from the Sherman's Account from the city to tend to your little needs, and your little crazy chick and your desire for a brand new fucking house. . .Not only do I have to come down here this month, but I had to spend close to 100 grand renting a place for my own damn boat that YOU wanted this month! Honestly Mr. Bardonia!? A boat!? What in world do you need with a boat of all things!? And on top of this all I have to drive this... weak timid thing instead of my own lovely assortment of fine wheels to act as your personal driver this evening." The twenty something year old man complained as he took another smoke. "To add to everything else, sometimes I think you depend more on me... than I...you."

The other businessman narrowed his somber eyes merely nodding his head respectfully as he motioned to adjust his tie. The other rolled his eyes knowing perfectly well an answer would not be given until the other's tie was in the perfect angle. Finally after an awkward pause the businessman spoke "Mr. Catila, you will find that our partnership is on mutual standing... As we agree I will provide what needs to be done for your account for the Sherman Client as I have done the Luthers, The Bacagans, and Yamamotos..." He was first to propose. "With the use of my own blood do the words that seep out of your mouth have pleased the ears of the cynical of the boardrooms, it is my dealings which has made you continue to climb the corporate ladder than merely remanding in the stagnated position you were in when I found you... I will coach you on what you need to say to deal with the Sherman account, but at the current moment there is a party that I wish to attend and it is my most astute interest that nothing more happen to my personal vehicle." With that said, William James rose from his seat and slowly opened the door for himself, reaching inward to grasp his coat and his brief case as he closed the door behind him.

Catila merely exchanged another glance once more before his eyes darted back over to the glamorous building inside "I still have no idea HOW in the world finger indentations got at the bottom of this car... but I had to spend a great deal of YOUR power to convince the mechanics that some drug addict on PCP did when he was trying to rob me..." Catila merely respond "That and a fat check the greedy little prick."

The two men said little else, the businessman merely taking his time to apply all the correct buttons to his jacket and adjusting the correct time to his wrist watch. Catila merely paused again somewhat turning back as though speaking with an elderly that was somewhat lost in this world "I'll pick you up when you call... For Christ sake, make it an affordable time will you??" He requested.

William adjusted his tie once more "I assure you affordability is one of my saving graces Mr. Catila." Lucas said nothing else merely placing the car within reverse and driving outward as the businessman took a keen pacing toward the back entrance way.

William James Bardonia entered the scene somewhat dull, emotionless, lifeless but standing in a rigid formal posturing. The man was dressed in a formal business suit with a graying tie and his hair combed to a conservative manner and etiquette.

His eyes slowly darted from corner to corner, guest to guest and even the host at certain intervals his face never changing emotion. Finally it directly focused on his house-mate Ms. Lily who was near the Baron at the current moment emitting her usual charm and grace of one who was connect to a world and thinking that was very unique and different to that of a conventional society... such was one of the prominent traits of her company.

Without uttering a word the businessman slowly paced over to her somewhat politely bowing his head in her presence and speaking in his same somber, dull tone. "Ms. Lily."

"Well, we shall see then shall we?"

Her eyes dart to the young Bardonian when he appears beside her. She grins, and claps her hands together.

"William! I was wondering when you would Show up!"

She tilts her head, a grin still on her face.

"How goes your business? OH! And have you met Missy Wolf yet? She is very nice!"

She motions to the young Asian woman standing next to the Baron.

Oh I was just checking my email, and lily I think Simmon might know alot about your clan. He fought side by side with them in a few wars, he's said their worth haveing on your side no matter how you feel about them. Somtimes I think he has been threw alot with a few of your clans as his right hand.

He even smiles when he talks about a few of them

William James Bardonia remain calm, collected and keen to listen to his house mate as she talked and inquired in the fashion most accustomed to her.

After she spoke, the somber man answered "In the course of the last two months, I have done great interactions with a numerous amount of my fellow anarchs over the concern of Rockland County's economic state and what we as a larger private sector may conjoint to not only aid this problem but esteemly benefit from such a panic. As for the personal funds you had received Ms. Lily, you will fund such money is being tied to assets that are prompt to grow over time." He foretold only pausing to adjust the position of his lens.

"On top of this matter, my friend from New York City Mr. Catila will be staying with us for a few weeks. . . and he has been keen to bring his boat that he has keep far further upstate around a rented dock local in this county. If it is the miss's expressed desire to enjoy the sea this month it can be arranged at intervals of the week."

With that said the dull eyes lingered over to the most polite and friendly woman by the Baron's side. "How do you do Ms. Wolf." He greeted in a emotionless but very dignified etiquette. "I am personally well, I thank you for asking such an inquiry."

She looks around, as if trying to find this person who she has no idea to what they look like.
