Club Samantha shinned, it always had since the dawn of its birth as the most sophisticated and classy club in all of the county. Despite the horrors that had occurred weeks ago the club's chambers were still filled with a fancy cocktail party and gala where the elite and upper crust of mortal society rubbed elbows with each other.

This was not the focus tonight, tonight focus lingered further upward from all the reveling in a small conference room isolated and private from the rest of the building. A meeting of the Anarchy had been called for those interested in addressing the somewhat damaged local economy. The summoner of this meeting was William James Bardonia and he had listed some restrictions for those who could attend.

Those who were allowed to attend the meeting must have fit any one or all of the following criteria: 1) Enough personal wealth to greatly contribute to any plan to impact Rockland, 2) At LEAST a professional level knowledge in the worlds of investments, finance or business, 3) Any matter of hold in the financial world, industry, law or high society. William deeply respected his fellow Anarchs, but this was a serious matter and not a social and he expected those who were willing to attend to bring something credible to the table.

William James Bardonia was already seated at the large table, two piles of research in front of him. One pile was mainly about the crash in Rockland economy and the panic, while the other was scholarly sources, articles and books mostly dealing with the global market and how different cultures approach commerce everything being written by credible authorities. The somber face businessman inspected the door once more, which remain undisturbed at the moment before his eyes continued to scan the workings.

Charles enters the room, and takes a seat.
He pulls some papers from his own stchel and hand them to william.

"These are numbers for the previous two quarrters of buisness my Gallery did. There was an economic crash in the winter too. I ran some programming to boost hope and forstall panic. Perhaps a similar Autumn program is in order?"

At the moment the Baron of Rockland made himself present the Bardonian businessman greeted the fellow with a small but respectful bow.

"My Baron, please have a seat." Was what he requested as then he listened to the keen proposal. He inspected the programs from last winter somewhat inspecting the text. As he did he removed his research of the global market off the table and back inside his brief case for now, for he knew the meeting had begun.

"A noble gesture my Baron, but I am afraid no matter of hope will bring any man comfort to someone who has just lost his 41K or his trust fund that has kept her rather protected over the years, or his company retirement plan. Mortals are afraid that everything that have invested is about to crumbled into dust over a panic that is for a better word: our kind's fault." After a study of the papers and their quarterly (Which was somewhat impressive) the businessman handed the papers back over to the Baron.

"Secure the investments and savings my Baron, and I assure you subconsciously people will become more attractive to the notions of over coming great struggles and a great deal of patronage will come to galley for your good charity."

William almost did not recognize the man that walked until he spoke which brought current intrigue on the whole issue. His eyes never left Simone as he walked in, listening to what he had to say first and then calmly inspecting the slip of paper presented to him. He nodded his head before returning his gaze back to Simone.

"The shares concerning publicly owned businesses based in Rockland are at the verge of bankruptcy and are at the lowest and most eager stages to sell. With half of this money you can speculate on those high risk stock and through the use of our influence and the other half of this money you can bail out struggling companies and develop things within the county of Rockland worthy of investment... The creation of new buildings, the founding of a clinic, the opening of a main street and so forth. If everything goes in accordance to plan you might find three to four times the amount of money in assets and shares and with those a stronger influence on Mortal in their financial world."

He first answered before he slowly removed his lens for a moment.

"Thought I must be honest, if things do not go accordance, the fallen angels will find most of that money liquidated on poor worthless shares and will be looking at a 1/8 of the return from that revenue. Are you certain this is what you wish to do with your money Mr. Simone?"

yes . ill use it for what we ned, but we doneed to pick the best options to gain control of, and as well as useing the money to bigger loans from thebanks, by well yor ventrue so useing you dominat would be best and useing charles magisy for the purpose of getting them to agree. bt either way i am willing.

The businessman adjusted his tie to the correct and most perfect angle, attempting to keep as neat and tidy as he would like. His dull eye inspected Simone's request, his strategy and somewhat pressed a finger across his own cheek in intrigue.

"The largest and most prominent dealings that Mortals have in Rockland would be Construction, Real Estate and Hedge Funds, these overshadow multimillion accounts, a great deal of jobs, shows a great deal of future promise. . .Though I am quite concern about openly dealing with the mortals in keen positions of these fields. . .There is a risk of breaching the masquerade if we begin to throw our supernatural weight across the board rooms. I would rather we use our retainers, influences and accounts to do the actions necessarily than ourselves. It appears far more natural in the cycle of things."

well consturction and real estae im very interested in so try to focus on those. yes doing it more naturaly would be the mot unseen, but we have to at least do a little extra that only we can to isure we ge i done fast and right

William paused for a long time, a long time before he began to pull out a adding machine and began to punch in a few numbers. Than the emotionless businessman slowly moved to inspect a few articles and papers and quarterlies before his full focus returned back to Simone.

"Mr. Simone, I believe I may have conceived an idea that will greatly benefit various interest across Rockland." He proposed as he presented articles dealing with the housing market.

"With the first half of the money I have received and the use of a more private broker than the one I am using now we can purchase declining shares in a construction company local to Rockland. With those shares and someone with a hold on Rockland's industry we create a gated community of very illustrious houses providing much needed work, man power, jobs and salaries to relieve lower class mortals and providing investing firms a juicy opportunity to start purchasing stock and shares in the project.

Someone with a high hold in Rockland's finances can gear those mortal companies to begin to invest in the development of that community and send out loans for other mortals to pay back in its construction providing the banks and loan giving companies with business. On top of this, someone with hold in Rockland's high elites can practically advertise how exquisite and exclusive these houses will be prompting a large influx of home owners.

Those with press can benefit on the rising story about this huge and ambitious project if they desire and bring out much needed advertisement to other companies and shareholders who want to invest.

This brief real estate boom will give the local housing market a surge in sales, and everyone who played a part in this by shifting their influences to the same set of tracks will see their influences grow. Making it appealing for other Anarchs to cooperate in this plan."

well i like that idea, but i would liek to add that the company also get a in on bigger porjects and state imporvment that will come. I would liek to know who the peopel that will be spear heading the areas needed and who will be supporting them, all working together under orders so no one does their own thing

"What we really need right now at the moment is mortals that can advertise this project to the general public for mass investments in this development in the housing market and mortals that can protect our operation from public uncovering and scandal... Thus it is essential that we acquire those who have holdings in journalism and either politics or legal firms to cover our trail of outside money coming into this deal."
