hey may i make a stament plzs. just 2 minutes of your time and the time of all the night owles.

the charges for the brujah named sniffles have just come to me and i feel they ned to be public, now on the day ofthe trail we will pick 5 random vamps and they ill be jury.

2.-) High Treason against the Barony and all the anarch bretherin of Rockland County.
This refers to the incident in which Mr. Sniffles sent an ensanguinated body in a car crashing into a public hotel, where (yes, it was common knowledge) the gathering was being held, and during a time when a particularly potent hunter threat was active in the region.

The human in question was an affiliate of the setites (needs confirmation?!?); and the ultimate result of the action was that the hunters attacked us in the hotel, rather than rendevousing at the mall in time to face the sabbat, then the camarilla. This lead to the unfortunate demise of several mortals, as well as the sabbat being at full strength when the camarilla came to call on them. The sabbat escaped alive and the camarilla suffered no losses; all and all a great trap wasted and the potential for further townships added to the Bardonia Barony, lost.
-NOTE: the trap bit is not to mentioned at the trial if the camarilla and sabbat witnesses are present.
Penalty if guilty: FINAL DEATH
Alternate Proposed Penalty: On account of my humanitas, conscience, and soft-heart, I am inclined to settle for a sentence of Exile from Bardonia Barony. Banishment from amongst the bretheren whose health and saftey he decided to betray.

3.-) Violation of the Treaty of Thorns in the form of wilfull and multiple breeches and/or threats-potential breeches of the masquerade.
-The above mentioned incident with the car, corpse and hotel, even if not found to be traitoroue or seditious on the part of Mr. Sniffles, is still a breech of the masquerade done wilfully and tying up resources other than his own to cover up, that could better be allocated elsewhere.

-The Blood Bank; possibly an ingenious idea actually if handle appropriatly. Defence must prove it was handled appropriatly i.e. victims are compleley unmissed or unmissable, legitimatly-faked ...I pause for the irony, death-records, cremation, etc. family witnessed funeral, etc. circumstances. If Mr. Sniffles simply snatched folk off the street with no thought to who may or may not be out looking for missing people with private detectives etc. then the bloodbank likewise constitutes a threat of being discovered that we would have to take unneccesary pains to hide.

-The embracing of children. Defence is free to argue that this does not automatically constitute a breech of the masquerade and cabinet is free to vote accordingly if so persuaded. However, as per my modus operandai of being a traditionalist, I am including the embrace of pre-pubescent humans under the charge of violating the masquerade; if for no other reason than it is the only real law anarchs do have; and if anything should be against the law in my book this is it.

3.-) Grivious and Egregious incompetency as Ganglord of the Hillbillies.
Under Mr. Sniffles watch, or lack thereof, his gang was corrupted by the servents of Moloch, or some such. They lost their souls to the dark forces of hell, performed savage rights without reguard to the masquerade, and all in all became a threat to rather than a protective force for, this county. As he is the ganglord, the tradjedy of what became of the hillbillies is his responsability, the failure to prevent it, or even to be aware of it, is his own, as is the failure to clean it up before it became such a problem for everyone that we all had to clean it up ourselves.

[b]Proposed Penalty if guilty: Mr. Sniffles will be officially stripped of his title as ganglord of the Hillbillies. Leadership will pass to Ashes if he is deemed competent, otherwise the gang will remain defunct for the time being; further, Mr. Sniffles may not hold the title of ganglord for any other gang nor be recognised within this county as such, nor may he hold the title of herald or enforcer in either the Hillbillies or in any other gang within this county; until such time as he once again is able to clearly demonstrate before the cabinet that he capable of handing responsability in a competent fashion.
-NOTE: This penalty presumes he is found not guilty of the above three charges.

with a stern voice,, im defending him. i dont see any this to be worth his death. charles is charging him andgoing for death.. but i am pulling favors to find out the truth.

his is brujah and by that i will protect him.. but if he is infernal he dies by gods hand and my blade.

omg your so dumb.. hes not convicted yet im trying to get him freed, i am defending him and charles is the prosacuter. all these charges by CHARLES are up in the air and im defending a fellow brujah. ad i plan on doing all i can to prove him not guilty..

if hes proven infernal he dies by my sword. only if hes proven and i plan to make sure proof is their on both sides, win or loose i will not let this trail be a steam roller just for the new rules.
i want him to be a true anarch but if hes a monster then so be it. but i am bringing this up for the other charges for the simple fact i dont feel anything other then infernal diserves death. alot of these charges diserve alot of punishmnt but if hes not infernal ..why final death

charles is takeing the word of the sabbat that sniffles is infernal . i dont agree i want the proof and not from the sabbat. i want it from mutliple groups and peopel that can see the truth. so hes acting with out proof and since he has the ball rolling hes puting sniffles up on trail for the masq breaks and the feeding style. again i dont agree for the simple reason is you cant force people to conform. its a resonable veiw point to want the changes but to force them as a prince forces is wrong
