As your HST, I would lie to proudly announce that due to City of Springs impending "doom" aka they are folding from the org, in a general agreement with the staff any Springs Character will be allowed a no question transfer to our game.

They will be bound by our house rules, they will be held to the same expectation as any other player.

This does however introduce a few "big fish" into our medium sized lake.

I am not doing this for personal gain before anyone starts any sh*t. I'm doing it because a great game(Springs) went south for whatever reason, and several players who enjoyed traveling and playing their PCs will lose them if they do not transfer to an OWBN game.

These players whom are identified by the STs as Game Unbalancing, will be on strict self defense rules, as well as have "UTR Sheets" and "Travel Sheets." If clarification need be made or instances/complaints addressed please PM me.

I've no problem at all with 'large' springfield characters relocating to UTR.

From an IC persepective however, I'm aware I think that many anarchs of spingfield are of the disloyalist oppositionist political ideaology.

I'd love it for them to replace outright some of our all npc gangs of the same persuasion; but if they add rather than replace, new gangs of that peruasion, it will once again shift the overal balance of power back to an anti-camarilla majority block.

I like to re-iterate what makes UTR unique within the org as a flavor different from standard anarch genre chronicles, is our 'cam-lite' atmosphere; which is damn hard to maintain from in-game.

Is it possible that if we recieve enough new players from springfield game, that the bandelleros and or some other npc's scatered about within the other gangs (especialy within the harlequins?) could be edited out with time so as to keep the balance with loyalist opposition gangs such as Masons and Rose?
