Anarchs have existed in this county since its conception. When the first Dutch and English settled here in 1600 and began to develope it, the battle of the wigs and tories mirrored its kindred counterparts.

One very influential and very powerful Ventrue had turned his back to the elders and declared his supremacy over the county. These fights continued for almost 2 centuries.

Stony Point was held by the British Loyalists, and an influential Camarillan Brujah and was kept by the British controlling the Hudson RIver.

July 15th, 1779, the true influence of this self proclaimed Baron was exacted. In a battle where Amaerican troops were outnumbered, out classed, and armed only with simple Bayonets took out the British garrison and seiged the fort.

With interests of the Convention of Thorns, the Camarilla has withdrawn its claims to Rockland County. Many have tried to declare themselves Prince of this city, but they reign for very short periods of time.

In 1999, Archon Phillipe and Baron Bardonia reached agreeable terms and a ceasefire between the Anarchs and the Camarilla was enstated as long as Borders were strictly respected.

After A Breech of the Masquerade that tore the city apart and nearly brought Martial Law into effect, the collective elders, decided the blood on the streets must end for the sake of all our kind.

On the eve of November 11, 1999 the following code of ethics and terms was agreed upon by all parties present.
Certain Traditions of the Camarilla will be honored by all those considered Anarch or otherwise. The Masquerade being the most sacred of this list. Any Kindred or Cainite or servant of the blood will be put down for such things and must be presented to the Baron.

The Tradition of Domain has a blanket observance. If you have been granted the right of Domain by this city's Eldest(Baron) then it is yours.

The following individuals hold Domain over parts of this city.
Hence forth known as the Eldest's Council.

Anubis. Follower of Set- The Northernmost tip of the County, before the State park. Stony Point Battlefield.

Archon Phillipe- The south eastern corner of the county. All territory within the borders of Interstate 87, Route 6, and the river. (Tappen, Blauevelt, Peirmont, etc)

Baron Francios Bardonia-(Eldest) All points encompassed by the point north of 87 and south of 35. (New City, Spring Valley, Nyack)

Don Lorenzo Giovanni- All points within borders of Route 6, 210, and 202. (Mount Ivy and West Haverstraw)

OMOTM- Bear Mountain. IN his absence, his elected Alpha holds his domain.

Bishop Joseph Carmichael - All points south of I-87 and west of Rt. 6 (Montvale, Pearl River, Airmont, etc.)

(The Harriman State Parks have been observed as an area in which no kindred claim domain, for it is uninhabitable.)

These define the Major Territories, and any lesser territories within them may be respected by the individuals of there sect affiliation, but are still ultimately the domain of the eldest.

The Right of Destruction is that of the Domain's eldest or any individuals that exist within that domain which the elder decides. The elder council may petition for the surrender of any individual being prosecuted for breech of domain or masquerade.

(Ie- Archon can petition the Baron, Don, Anubis, Bishop, Old man, for the surrender of a sabbat member who breeched one of the three traditions while in another domain. Should the bishop not relinquish the individual, he'd face the wrath or ire of the council)

Settled in 1600, by Baron Francois Bardonia, the county of Rockland is one of the oldest Anarch Domains in the North East.
((Note, the descriptions of these Domains are to be considered within Anarch Territory, see map. Closer maps can be found on your own via mapquest should you care to see details))

The Masons of Liberty, Lead by Baron Francois Bardonia, Ventrue.
As the original anacrh settlers of this county, they have had centuries of careful manipulations and strong political power. The Mason's Vast personal territory encompasses all points east of highway 306 and west of the Lake DeForest. New City, Bardonia on the east side of Route Six, and Pomona to Springvalley on the west side of it. All the County offices and most of the very high end real estate make up these areas. The Masons' Enforcer, Johan The Dark, is the most important reason why no one ever crosses them. He is the most feared and deadly individual known to amongst the anarchs. Rumors have it he walks in the day, and can steal the soul of those who oppose him. His utter disregard for human life is uncomforting even to those within his gang.

The Harlequins, lead by Brujah Harlot, Rayne Jones.
These hot headed, heat-packin, Hog-ridin, honies hold territory All points east of the Lake Deforest from Congers to Nyack. Known to be around for at least a century, this all female gang holds incredible sway in major criminal activity. A well known and well feared mortal biker gang thought to be affiliated with the Hells Angels, seems to protect the domain. The Firey Feline Enforcer, Jade Summers is said to embody the souls of every cat that lives within the domain. Stories say the path of her giant jaguar battle form is not one to be crossed. All in all, these girls shoot first and talk later. They bring true meaning to the saying "Hell hath no fury like a woman's scorn."

The Hillbillies, Lead by Jeb, Malkavian Prankster.
On the north-western tip of the Anarch territory, lies a small domain called Wesley Hills. Held for only the last 50 years or so, Baron Bardonia granted it to Jeb when it was proven he and his gang had the power to control it. Many old farms have become food distributors specializing in the new Organic fad, and the rest of the town still retains a very classic look to it. Though this gang of uncouthe rednecks and lunatics come across as nothing more then heathens, it is common knowledge that any who screw around with them literally lose their mind by the bizarre forms of revenge then enact. The Enforcer of the Hillbillies goes by Mary Richards. She's a southern belle with a bit of a twitch. She's known for flying off the handle easily and wields anything she can get her hands on to put someone down. Accounts of tractors being hurled at cainites and a single broken barstool disabling half a dozen people with automatic weapons also help the feared reputation she has.

The undefined areas within the greater Anarch territory are inhabited by several anarchs and possible a gang or two. None have stepped foward and petioned the Baron to recognize one gang as holding the area.
