UTR is a Game. Managed by an ST or group of STs. Players may have problems with the way things are run. Players can and have voted with their feet by no longer coming to game. There is still a significant player base, and i have been asked to assume this position which is not paid, and I dont even get XP for any PC. I have a zero tolerance for bs, and a zero tolerance now for hearing a player's gripes when they do so in a dramatic fashion hoping they can gain assurance from others. Fight the powers that be IN GAME and stop the OOC Drama. I will field personal gripes when they are fielded privately to me. I will do my best to run this game, but will promise not everyone is always gonna be happy and sometimes people get shafted IC. Its the World of Darkness, and I don't get paid to hear this BS about this redline. The 3 STs whom you have all empowered their position to made a decision. Deal. You don't like those STs, or how they run game, leave. End of story.
Thank you. Thank you to the 2-3 players that are forcing my hand and trying to goad me into an OOC frenzy. You all could do alot better channeling your efforts into IC conflicts and situations.
Now Stop wasting my time, and everyone else, and play or dont.

Actually; and you know I DO support you as HST, just in general; the issue of "like game or leave it" was the problem we had in the middle, and it was solved with the resolution of the new charter. To prevent the player base from deserting the game in the future if a new ST were to fall to short of the retiring ST's bar (the one set by you, Illana, Maks ,and Evan) the player base can choose to elect another ST who will suit the game as we expect it to be.
I believe this was done specifically to prevent a repeat of if and when Illana, and now you ever needed to step down again, that the new person would not throw a wrench into your setting again and ruin all the previous progress that we are only now beginning to get back. We wanted to make sure any successors continued from where you left off instead of trying to re-write the world.
It's a bit of a mixed blessing for ST's though, precicely because the "like it or Leave it" aspect is no longer valid. It sort of stresses the need for ST's to make sure that the majority of the player base do indeed "like it", and are more willing to compromise to make it happen, especialy since it costs the players money to attend in the first place.
This does tend to create extra work to make it so. However, I do not mind voting to authorize some compensation/renumerations to the staff for all of their efforts in this regard. I would propose the staff recieve a percent of the fee as wages for their work on this game.
