Is there a way I can post PDF files on these forums?

I'd like to post the Anarch Packets (Binding and Non-Binding) somewhere around here, but I'm unsure if I can.

They aren't pretty yet, as they haven't been returned to me by the copy person, but they are legal and passed by Council.

(and sorry, the UTR section I had to do from memory since that part was done while you guys were on hiatus and I couldn't get a hold of anyone!)
