can we use the wods now?
I brought this up once before on prevous forums I think under the heading "Fleetness and Pusance Baseball", or something to that effect.
Namely, the idea was for an IC location given all appropriate protections for the masquerade (soundproofing, secret basement, disguises as abandoned fenced off place/shooting range/ old golf couse / mining shafts/ whatever; sewer acces only etc. etc. etc. possibilities) that would be safe for kindred to practice/develope/teach/train etc. their powers. Use them at full capacity without causing a ruckus to the city that needs to be covered up as a movies fx stunts.
Specifically, I would like an area where volonteers can be trained in phalanx combat tactics and manuvers. (sort of private forum area so everone can't know all the secret combat stratagies.)
What do you folk think?
