The dead of night loomed over the set of clean, neat storage facilities that extended and enlarged as far as the eye could see. They seemed so large, dwarf by the small electrical car driving pass them, slowly draining to a complete halt. The door opened and out came William, the man looking at a medium storage unit without word.

Contacting the Anarchs was a hard thing to do, there was no email list nor was there some means of mass communications. Simply word of mouth, truly that was something that would need to be improved on in the near future especially in such dire times as this. At the moment, William had spread the word to all those interested in a project breaking ground in a new source of capital in Orange County to at this location in Rockland.

He moved towards the lock on the door, somewhat unlocking it before pushing it upwards revealing that inside the storage unit was not boxes or crates but rather a set of folding chairs and a generator that was hooked to an adapter for electronics. William walked inward setting a folding chair for himself sitting... Waiting...

::A very short man walks cautiously up, points to a name tag that simply says "I work for Ulrich" and then scurries into the farthest darkest corner to take a seat. Once seated he takes out a tablet and is ready to begin typing.::

William said nothing at first, his mind luring back to the image of the man passing in the floor that did not exist.

"Good evening."

He granted back to the respected representative bowing his head before slowly moving to the laptop on top of the generator. Slowly he began to set up several things, a new projector was at the center of the room and a screen was in front. A business presentation? Perhaps.

The screen turned blue for a moment, the projector starting up to a powerpoint program. The textures were dull and uncreative though the format was presentable and concise. Perhaps an utter disgrace for a kindred that spent a great deal of times with Toreadors; but William had always been William. Others that walked in would see the full length of the presentation as William did not begin until there was a few other faces in his presence.

With a simple press of a button on a remote the presentation began a slide with the words Welcome Potential Investors at the center.

"Thank you all very much for coming."

He first granted in his dull, dull voice.

"Tonight I am going to speak to you about an monetary initiative that is going to occur within the city of Newburgh, New York. A project that I wish to spear head and will reap a reward to all those that seek to participate. I will like to please ask you to refrain from questions until the end of this presentation as your inquiries may be answered before the end."
