I, Francois Bardonia, write to all fellow anarchs this day the 1st of June, in the year of our lord 2014, as a plan to revitalize what I hold dear to my heart. To make sure I and all of you do not lose that which we all should hold as our top priority. To be certain that the flames of liberty and the fires of freedom never die.

I write this long overdue missive because of what I see happening among the members of our sect. I see what is happening to our sect as a result of what can be seen as nothing less than an attack on freedom, an attack on libertas, an attack on our sect, and an attack on our lives.

Last year I called upon my anarch brothers and sisters to speak about a plan for the coming conclave. Salvador Garcia spoke inspiring words to us all. All assembled agreed that we should demand to be recognized as an independent sect at that conclave. We agreed to demand that the Year of Fire treaty terms be upheld. We decided that we could not stand by and allow the Camarilla to use us. We fulfilled our end of the bargain. Once again we fought to help them, we lost numbers, we lost lives, we lost those whom we love in the name of furthering freedom.

I look around now, a year later and I see that we have failed. I see that the Camarilla has dangled a carrot in front of us and then spit in our face and laughed when we reached for it as they pulled away. We are the proverbial discarded prom dress.

As such, I call each and all of you to arms. Do not let the sacrifices we ourselves have made and the memories of our fallen brothers and sisters be in vein. I call you to come and make sure that our voices are heard. To organize, to plan, and to take action to assure that the Camarilla will know that we are a sect. To make sure that the Camarilla knows we will not take this insult lying down. To make sure the Camarilla knows that we are even stronger than the day they signed the treaty of thorns. To make sure that they know we are not neonate puppets to be used as toys, we are individuals, we are soldiers, and we are a capital a Anarchs!!!!!!

Last year I was able to guarantee your safety. This year, I can not make that guarantee because what I ask of you is dangerous. What I ask of you requires bravery, loyalty to your brethren and a heart true to the cause.

In my own territory I have seen anarch secrets distributed to the Camarilla. I have met anarchs who don't fully understand what it means to be an anarch. I have felt heartache as I have seen anarchs so disorganized that they war on each other instead of our common enemies. I have heard Camarillans say "oh don't worry, we're in anarch territory."

I see what is happening in my own backyard as a microcosm of what is happening in our sect as a whole. I call all of you to come and allow me to have the privilege of teaching you about the history of the cause, the privilege of helping to create the future of our cause and the help we need from all of you to take action, to declare war, to learn from my experiences and to reclaim our power as the sect known as Anarch! I call on you to join me from July 25th through July 27th to make our words into actions and take the first steps into the future of our cause.
