William was not in a suit at the moment, wearing a suit around a place like this made him nervous. He had to admit that. Even as a being of supernatural powers and immortality. It was strange and stupid he knew, which is why he would never say it outloud. Rummaging through his pockets again he was dressed nice at least, what is casual to Ventrue: Summer colors and all.

The nature of the meeting was an open forum, Anarchs had a right to the soap box and often used it as many times as they could. That was not something to scoff at though, in all reality that was something William felt a tad proud about. As for his forum tonight the topic he had hoped was something he had been thinking about: Territory.

"What are your ideals on Territory? Who should be allowed in? Should it even exist? When does personal property infringe personal rights?"

William looked about dauntingly a few times inside this big empty place. There were no proper seats simply folding chairs against the nearby walls.
