i have aways wanted to play in one as i have a foam sword and all that but dont know the rules although i have been researching their locations. they all seem to be full weekend things like 3 times a year or such. ill take another look soon tho

There is a major game up in Albany that runs all the time. One of my friends play there. Lightning bolt + tennis balls + youtube = lawl.

Most Boffer LARP's are monthly from my experience, unfortunately the closest one is 2 hours away in NJ and their rules are so cheater-friendly it's ridiculous how they have over 100+ people attend the game every time.

I was hopin to see if anyone here already played a boffer LARP that they've had good experiences with for me to maybe tag along and try out.

I might be attending one on May 21st with my girlfriend that's only an hour away in Sparta, NJ. That's much better then the other NJ LARP that's 2 hours away or Albany which is 3.

It's pricey but I've so far been hearing nothing but good things about it. *Shrugs* Ya pay what ya get for... Razz
