This hall is dedicated to the memory of victims of Abuse and Neglect.

The speakers play softly such songs as "Concrete Angel, Independence day, and similarly themed music.

The pieces show women and children with forlorn and woebegone, melencholy expressions. Others show angry parents advancing in a menacing rage.

Some exhibits have a sign reading along the lines of "If you have been appropriately guilt-tripped by this exhibit please feel free to make a donation to the "Save the Children" Fund via the respectively labeled donations box located in "The Little Shop".

OOC: All Kindred in this county are aware that this Hall is open to the mortal public during all buisness hours and is additionally managed by mortal staff members during non-buisness hours, therefore, masquerade must always be maintained in this area.

*Observing the array of morbid, macabre expressionism and violent emotional neglect and abuse is none other than the very emotionless and somber William James Bardonia. The young neonate is wearing rather formal and dignified business attire though his jacket has been recently removed and his sleeves rolled up as he attends to a small stack of books by a rather crippled image of a youth in black and white. The books labeled 'A Global Market' with editions working form I to XXI.

Keenly studying this text the businessman peers back at the library deadline for these books to return to the shelves all under a false name of a library card and an address of his ghoul retainer. Somewhat removing his glasses for a moment he wipes the lens clean before continuing the studies in the rather peaceful but dreaded environment.*

*Walks into the first floor, west wing. She smiles as soon as she see's the stone angels, moving around and observing them all. She notices the young bardonian, and moves towards him slowly.*

"Why hello William James Bardonia! How good it is to see you. I've not seen you in a great while! how are you?"

*William gave somewhat somber pause, the same dead dull look across his calm disposition ever evident as he placed the reading material down.*

I thank you for the most polite greeting and compliment Ms.. Lily.

*The baby Bardonia motioned to clean the lens of his rather stuffy glasses before placing them back over his eyes.*

Since the gathering of our other fellow associates this month I have been very astute to further increase my understanding of the world of finances. It is my plan to write a doctorate style research paper on the relationships of different markets around the globe and how the whole network is slowly interdependence. It is, something I had never accomplish to find time to study and write... till now.

*The neonate closed his book for now bringing his full attention to his closest ally and associate.*

And may I ask... how you are fairing? It is my sincerest aspiration that our new haven is to your liking.

Haven..? oh, oh yes! It is quite cozy! Very clean, no bugs anywhere..

*she tilts her head oddly, looking off to the side as if she is listening to something. She shakes her head, and looks back at the young Bardonian*

I Am fairing well enough, I think. I have been trying to get a feel and understanding of the politics and personalities of those we have surrounded ourselves with. It is..a bit confusing. I suppose It is because I don't know as much as I should.

*she seats herself by William, placing her hands neatly in her lap*

I did try though, I spent some time speaking to Mr. Wiggs. That was rather pointless, he was making no sense whatsoever! Talking about Harlequins, and gun factories! What do performers need guns for?

Most curious, that is something Mr. Wiggs told me about as well. It appears to be his most verbal goal at the moment.

If it helps your confusion the ones known as the Harlequins are not a group of jesters or fools, but rather an all female gang that likes a to handle things very directly and hands on. Their leader is Ms. Summers, the woman we encountered our first month as an alliance with a scar and that chained up man with the scars on his back Mr. Morgan.
