The Kindred area is
Carpeted with red velvet type carpeting, and has a matching runway stage with a stripper pole at the end.
This is located in the center of the two tier oval room, with the bar wrapping around the opposite side. The VIP areas are located upstairs, past all the private seating.
(In game main room of victors is ground floor, mortal bar shouldn't be used other then for plot. The upstairs/vip is the arcade room of victors.)
Aaron can be seen here frequently entertaining the guests, and getting to know his patrons. Sandra takes care of the Rear Lounge, and will offer to check your coat, weapons at the door. This of course is strictly a courtesy.
