You asked what libertas means, not what the Anarch cause is. Anarchs are to be treated as more than just property. for example we try not to use the blood bond as a punishment or as a way to control people. a practice i've seen your kind do.

truth be told the only real law is the upholding of the masquerade. outside of that most things divert to natural law.

Please don't abuse, admonish, augur, blackmail, bluster, browbeat, bully, caution, comminate, cow, enforce, flex muscles, forebode, forewarn, fulminate, growl, intimidate, look daggers, make threat, menace, portend, presage, pressurize, push around, scare, scowl, shake fist at, snarl, spook, terrorize, torment, walk heavy against ANY Anarch in the region.
::Brief pause::

::He Stands down. Completely Calm. Reaching into his pocket he pulls out a money clip and begins unfolding Hundred Dollar Bills::

"Sorry for the spill, go get some new clothes. I can't stand the smell of a wet dog. Then use the rest to get a better scratching post for those gaudy claws of yours."

O by the way you can keep that...You are going to need it. *He chucks the rest of his Jack and coke to Mr D's nice tuxedo sleeve* "I cant stand smell of wet hypocrite either...I do all you said and more. Unlike these sheep here the only wolves at this table are you and me..." Wilfred refraining from his serious manner for a second gets a puzzled look. "Well actually you are more like a bear... They a very territorial And fierce... But usually they travel alone... Perhaps they are to greedy to share even with there own kin..." His smile fades... "I am not like these sheep you see here. You can dishonor me I will do same to you... Just like i did with your coat. Again be warned... I don't like people who dishonor me and I don't stand corner plotting I just bite them once and make sure they don't do it again... Soda stains are so hard to get off especially since they are torn with such gaudy claws... Now are we clear Mr D?"

You seem to be rather spirited, you may want to work on your self control.

He orders another drink and a hot plate of food... As he waits again Wilfred says to billy. "Forgive me again... I need... to control my beast better... But yes what I was saying before... Your Anarch cause has been imbalanced for a long time. Now this is only what I heard... But the other sects have made it a habit of running your sect for you, and always helping you with your problems. Now from what I saw from my own eyes...
