Wilfred sends a mass text to those who want to be invited or invite them selves to talk about what the Anarch cause is... and Libertas...

Wilfred waits by a booth.. snarfing happily on some wings... and a jack and coke...

Wilfred smiles... As he wipes the napkin his wolf talons... Like a gentleman...

"Really now...? Who? I wonder?" Wilfred chuckles as he found the Bardonia's response to be humorous... Wilfred looks at Mr D and says... "nothing much.. I am here to learn your culture... after all if i am offering my services I need to know the basics of my employers... what they stand for.. where they stand... How I can help them and in turn help my clan... and of course balance..."

He snarfs another wing... But he finishes it before he speaks. Again like a gentleman... "again i want to learn more of this... Libertas..." He sips his jack and coke... "An open conversation... of course... to all who want to learn... and give there piece of... to be free.."

William passed the waitress moving around, the scene was rather busy tonight as the man had not finished Utopia just yet. The ratty bar napkin he had used for the bookmark had proceeded though as the studious lifeless man approached the table.

"What's an Indie like yourself know about Libertas?"

Dedrich was already there. He stopped for a moment caught off guard, slightly astonished. He would never suspect Mr. D to come to a place like this, though he quickly hid that initial shock by lowering his head in a nod. Acting like a wide eye child to a man whom was centuries old would not impress him in any regard.

"Good Evening."

He greeted to the fraternity first before turning his attention to the Gangrel Elder's lackey for a better word.

"I got your message. May I sit?"

He asked him, not desiring to overstep his bounds.

Wifred looks onto William smiling and says.. "but of course... Please sit down I was wondering when someone else will show up but seeing most of the Bardonias here will be excellent for me learning the true meaning of the Anarch cause..." Wilfred plays with his glass... Hoodie shrouding his eyes... "Tell me" He coos "what is the Anarch cause to you.. William...?"

"That is a bit of a more personal question that I honestly feel I would rather share when we know a bit more of each other."

William answered honestly. He did after all only knew the new Gangrel in a month's time. Taking a seat he almost took his time to tidy himself first somewhat picking at his neat and pressed attired til everything was prim and proper. Afterwards he returned his dull hue eyes to the sight of the hood wearing nature vampire.

"Libertas is term commonly used among us; the term was first in use around the late 1600s close to 150 years after the first Anarch Revolt. On paper, the Treaty of Thorns to be exact: The Anarchs as a cause no longer existed, but that was far from true. The signers of the Treaty were older, wiser and took a great time to ponder over the Spanish Rebellion that exploded the continent of Europe and plunge kindred society to a new stage.

Its invention was ironically greatly contributed by one particular man whom was not Kindred: Issac Newton. Newton's Laws of Physics brought the world a new understanding to it. Nature and how the world worked were always in the realm of God or in a more relevant concept in the hands of Elders. Newton stripped universal understanding out of the hands of these parties and gave it to the hands of people, providing reason and laws that worked universally from the most powerful to the meekest.

Anarch Kindred read those works in the mid-1600s and there was perhaps an overwhelming question added to this truly world changing concept: ’Why don’t we take these universal laws of nature and create universal laws for society?’

It became a rebirth of thought, a question of Kings, Stations, Domains, Traditions that were once held in incredible high regard as unquestioned and the walls of such were torn down intellectually. Out emerged these natural rights, freedom, equality, liberty, innately sired with us and not given by any government or power as we hold them in the state of nature. Often the State of Nature can be dangerous and risky so we form government to provide security within ourselves and theses rights and when they are betrayed, our allegiance to said body become dissolved.

It is our freedoms for a better word: to be alive, to make our own choices, to go where we like to go, to own property and holdings, many such freedoms as long as they do not tread on the natural rights of others. I would advise reading works written during the time of the enlightenment: Voltaire, Locke, Paine, Rousseau. The arguments of these thinkers can often shed better light than I can.”

Shocked by Willaim's testament Wilfred looks at William with a new found respect... "Wow... I heard about the council of thorns... But this revelation... Quite interesting... Your interpretation seems to be your opinion about the anarch cause it may seem. Forgive me if I am mistaken... But it seems that the nature Issac Newton counted on the individual... wasn't on ravaging night wolfs... stalking the streets for blood. How do you account the sabbat for the monstrous ways... or the Camira declaring masters of the universe. It seems freedom or the nature of your term libertas... is very vague one indeed..."

William listened this time he took his moment to relax his posture, it was a tad stiff from sitting so intently and rigidly before adjusting himself again: finding better suiting back in the stiff posture still as it was the most... familiar.

"I suppose he did not, there was no way Issac Newton could ever realize the underling World of Darkness. Still, his three laws of motion are still rung true if the force is just a punch or a potent twenty ton tackle. Are beings are augmented but even they can't escape the laws of nature.

This is more than just nature though, in the matter you bring up the Sabbat and the Camerilla are simply tools for the end of power to incredibly old, detached creatures that would no longer recognized any form of their selves that were once sired into this dark and foreboding place.

There existence and failure to uphold libertas is one of the reasons Anarchs exist. A world that Kindred deserve more than that which is currently being offered."

Again a bit in awe... Wilfred looks at Mr D and says... " And you say he is younger than you?' Wilfred quite impressed put his glass down and takes a small note pad and begins to scribble something...

Wilfred then turns and smiles "Like you I have notes to take on my own... But indeed. The sabbat and camerilla don't fall upon ceremonies here... However there existence will be address as somehow they seem to help you with problems such as the hive we have jut fought... True they are old... perhaps the very monsters that deduce such a freedom... However..." Wilfred changing the tone of his voice to become serious... "If you do say they are tools of an older power... why does it seem inclined... you resort to there service...Keep in mind this... Somehow it was Camerilla and the Sabbat leading the charge of the spear head.. I only saw... two of your anarch brethren... blindly following to there impending doom. It seems to me they willing those who die for the cause... and those who bicker about there politics and inner squabbles then how the Americans say... 'getting shit done...'

"Much like sheep... Who preach about libertas...but in the end relay mostly on outside help to get there own problems done..." Wilfred sips his jack and coke again... His demeanor changes... as if he is smiling "and I am glad for it... Or i wont be able to make a honest living..." He raises his glass to both the anarchs before he chugs the rest...

William heard this and he did not like it, that was very presumptuous to claim that the anarchs quickly panicked and fell from their hearts the moment things went sour. Still, it was this other's opinion based on rational observation and William was more than willing to debate.

"The task at hand was cross sectional, no matter what sect you hail the Nexus Eater as I have heard it been called was a horrible threat to the community as a whole.

As for politics, all I have to say Wilfred is that people invented these ideals not perfect beings and people by nature are complex and even flawed. I do not want to discuss what had happened two months ago, it is a scandal that has shamed our community and all thresholds of office and leadership within it."

Wilfred looks at Mr D as William says this. As he knew what he was talking about... " I am not the kind of gentleman that would throw out some ones dirty laundry... But yes I heard it is being handled.. But you are right William... ' As he then faces William... "Indeed shameful but we are here not to talk about that... We are here to talk about the the anarch cause... What it means to be a anarch and what one will think what the anarch cause is..." Wilfred getting his notepad out again... "Again tell me... dear William about the treaty of thrones. I would like to hear more about that. you said it was made by a group of elders in 1600s some where in Europe. for the first anarch revolt. Please elaborate a little more..." Wilfred orders another jack and coke, and gets his notepad ready...

::Mr. D's composure is somewhat awkward towards Wilfred's language, but as the words softly drift from William's mouth he seems calm and soothed. His body language shows content, but his facial expression is nothing short of admiration towards his Great Great Great Nephew.::

"Mr. Bardonia, you interpretations are very close to mine. For that, I admire your intellect and am proud to call you family."

::He Raises his Glass of Water to offer a "Cheers" to William::

"Wilfred, while you take notes, I'd like you to understand one thing about the movement, that is very important."

::He pauses a moment::

"Very rare will you find even two Anarchs who agree on what "Libertas" means. Let alone will you ever find a city that does. That is the way of things. It has always been. "

::He sips his water::

"I'd like to correct you both though, strictly on vernacular. The Convention of Thornes, and the Status Perfectus, are all the things you have been eluding to. All very important moments in the movements history."

::He Pauses, sips his water again::

"However, despite me owing you Wilfred, for fighting along side ALL Vampires present against the Hive, I will not share such information with one who does not consider themselves a member of our movement. Some information is just too sensitive to share. "

::He looks to William::

"I also encourage my family member to be cautious and prejudicial with such sensitive information, lest he share it with an independent Kindred or Cainite who seeks only to profit from services rendered to secure the Libertas and safety of others., as well as himself. "

::He Smiles::

Wilfred smiles in return as a waitress brings him his jack and coke. He smiles at Mr D and nods... As he takes a big sip from his glass and puts its down... He then writes a few things on his note pad and looks at Mr D again still smiling with his hands hold up like a pyramid.

"It is very true what you have said... About your younger one... Although... I am not so sure... If he is the younger one... He seems to be wiser... To a certain extent... However You made a great point about no two Anarchs will go hand in hand and side by side. On the contrary... the very notion of libertas... would unite your cause or stride to civil war..." He drinks out of his glass again.

"But my dear Mr D I understand the sensitivity for not relaying such information... However there many other willing Anarchs who agreed to share things more openly. As long it is not directed at someone or something... Much like dirty laundry... Nor will a anarch brother will blackmail another... Least non did I have seen...yet"

Wilfred facial reaction changes... His smile fades and becomes stern... hands still together like a g pyramid.. "The point I make is this... Although I am not of anarch brother in arms... and although I don't fully comprehend nor care much for your libertas No offense... But I do respect its values... and its people. I believe it is better than Camrilla's rules or the monstrous rituals of the sabbatt. Nothings perfect but I respect that fact although you keep this information from me... You have every right too by the way... I will eventually know more... One way or the other..."

William perhaps was about to go into a long lengthy ramble about the 'Spanish Rebellion', the first Anarch Revolt that truly changed the course of Kindred History and birthed the two mainstream Sects; but all that had shifted at the words spoken by his elder. Perhaps elder was a bad word to describe him uncle in many regards as he listened to what he have to say.

The cause seek in his opinion to create a more egalitarian society diminishing differences in clan, generation and station. He could still not view Mr. D in any regards but to be admired, respected and honored. He took a moment to wait, the pair had words of their own.

Then Wilfred said something that did not make him warm or well received.

His eyes somewhat narrowed significantly.

"Forgive me Wilfred, are you somehow threatening my family and love ones?"

He asked almost frank and blunt. He did not like that collection of words at all.

"Because I do not take very kindly to threats, to people who try to make threats. Such an air of people become quickly foul and not very appreciated. I would go as far to say they are unwelcome if they intend to gun after those who I hold in dear company, cherish and love in any method, form or manner."

Wilfred laughs.... As he looks at William.... "So the the lil sheep has teeth... No no my dear fellow... I am not at all threatening your family... I was simply stating I can always get the information else where... I mean why threaten him... He willing gave me his blood. That's not something... I take lightly..." Wilfred however gets serious again as he looks at Mr D... "Or take advantage of...." He retains a friendly demeanor again as he looks to William... "No No my dear fellow why in earth would I do such a thing. Especially since I arrived here recently... No my dear William you misread r my empathy... If you were my enemy I simply wouldn't threaten you... I just kill you... But again I'm will not... I am a honor bound Gangrel... I am sorry if you thought I was... threatening your family..." Wilfred laughs as it amused him so... "Ha ha... Oh Mr Willaim you made me laugh..." Wilfred chuckles as he drinks some of his cold Jack and coke...
