As for hunters, there are too many different groups out there. Some are organized by religion, others just random survivors united by a desire for revenge. Predicting future actions is difficult without understanding their motivations. Either way you won't know who brought down their attention until you...question, yes question one of them. Do what the mortal authorities do to catch a rapist. Send out a target that fits the M.O. of the attacker and tail it. Eventually the fishy will take the bait. Unfortunatly you would be shark fishing so this is where things get interesting. As long as you grab one or two up, you should be able to find out a bit more about them.

Aaron, you really need to know how the anarchs draw hunters? lemme give you an example, about three months back, our gathering was attacked by some bloods, so our anarchs, instead of just firing guns like mortals, decided to jump three stories off of the building to give chase. the term would be breach, which we cover as best we can, but hunters are smarter than that.

This guy has the right idea, you need bait. these hunter want vampires most specifically the latest casualty was the warriors, their leader is still around, we should recreate the circumstance that caused their attack, with this "bait" which must obviously be a kindred, preferably a loud mouth, cock sure jackass who can survive. Wiggs would make an excellent choice, as i imagine he would like to prove himself again to his anrach bretheren, and volunteering for this post would do just that.

Besides that Aaron that will only solve the current symptom of lack of discipline, as warlord you may want to invest time teaching proper tactics and discipline.
