Noah Springfield step through the doors of Harley's and Honey's on a particularly Kindred-filled evening with an important notification to make.

"I would like to inform everyone that I will be available at the local parish for counseling and confession. I am aware that as vampires, certain things are sometimes unavoidable, but that does not mean you cannot repent them. If you are truly sorry for the things you have done, the Lord will forgive you. Some of you have already begun the process of penance. I hope you all will do the same."

If Ulrich is present, Noah is staring at him throughout the entire announcement.

At the end of the more closed off room where the Kindred had gathered, a rather diligent but unassuming man was occupying a seat. His dull, lifeless eyes lifted even from the lens of his glasses as he saw the newcomer arrive in and make his announcement. William James Bardonia was uncertain what to make of it besides marking a mental note in his ever analyzing brain. He offered a very respectful bow of his head, honoring the fine virtue of the stranger before him before he spoke in the same soft spoken and lifeless voice he carried himself with.

"Your parish services are an act of great compassion, consideration and kindness sir."

He granted to his fellow Kindred. The unassuming man slightly tugged a chair forward in front of him to allow the other a free seat at his table.

"I did not believe we have met, would you please have a seat?"

Michael cracks a smirk from his table he is sitting at alone he then responds to the priest "I would take up all your time priest and it would all be pointless as I would never repent my sins to the one who cursed us all, as our father cain said " Michael points his hand to the sky and extends his middle finger then says "fuck you buddie" Michael chuckles and then goes back to eating his wings and drinking his beer

The savvy businessman's eyes did lift when he heard the crude and rough words of the candidate Baron. They focused on Michael, a blatant but passionate disregard to the concept of confession and penance in confession. Yet at the same time, an internal struggle with a supreme power. William nodded his head not in agreement but simple greeting.

"Good evening Michael, how is the campaign going?"

He inquired, the Ventrue curious about the Kindred's progress to reverse the age old political systems of the revolution.

Father Noah speaks compassionately to William.

Then, turning to Michael,

"I do not expect your penance to be easy, nor the revelation that you should to come quickly, and I am not here to force you. I am God's word, not his sword. I can only have faith that, in time, you will see the error of your insidious ways and come into the arms of the Church."

Then, returning to William,

"I would very much like to hear what you have to say on the matter, but I feel as if there is another of your family that I need to have a more serious discussion with. From the way he speaks, I fear his soul is in a much more immediate danger than any other among us. Where is your elder, Ulrich Bardonia?"

William was very impressed. Firstly by the manner which this man carried himself. This newcomer in his compassion, his disposition, was that of an intimation of Christ and it was to the deep sincere hope that this stranger's feelings and manners would continue in geniality. Secondly, by the boldness to guess his clan and family which suggested a refine wit. The dull faced man listened patiently and spoke softly afterwards.

"If the matter is deemed so urgent then I shall be quite astute to comply. Search through the limits of New Windsor, Cornwall and Highlands: Areas which one would find in Orange County further north. from our present location here in Nyack. It is the territory that Ulrich had claimed for the Knights of Rockland in a political meeting several months prior and knowing the nature of establishing new ventures it is where he shall most likely dwell."

There was a silence afterwards. The unassuming man prose to speak some more hoping the good reverenced would not flee on his holy practice just yet.

"May I ask what he has said to cause such a stir in his salvation?"

William nodded his head complying with those words. A man of the cloth pertaining to his duties and with that he spoke again.

"I will respect that."

He announced as though it was his choice to do so.

"As I have said before, I do not believe we have met. I am William."

The unassuming man introduced, extending his simple but respectful arm over to offer a sincere handshake.

"My apologies. I am Father Noah."

Father Noah extends his arm to meet William's and firmly shakes his hand.

"I have journey over great distances, spreading the word of the Lord wherever I go. The word is Salvation. God has decided that Vampires have, for too long, wallowed in the darkness of a curse that is no longer truly theirs, and so he has sent me to lead you down the path of salvation."

Father Noah turns to look at Michael, but continues to speak to William.

"I will be at the church if anyone needs to consult with me on any sort of matter. Not only am I a man of God, but also one of sound judgement. I can provide reasonable advice on any issues you may be facing, and I am eager to help."

William did not externally judged what the man had just pronounced. Inside, the Ventrue observe that such a mission was mad and impossible to achieve especially from what he had observed at the very foundations of Kindred Society. He did suspect that Father Noah did not perceived it as made though nor impossible to obtained. If there was any movement that William felt that this good priest could prosper in his message of salvation, christian love and piety it would be in the cause: Where one held the right to express himself above princes and bishops, courts and gangs.

"I will not relieve you of your sworn duties then. Though I will sincerely look forward to future talks if you will receive them. You tell me you will be at church, this troubles me not of the location but the lack of detail around it. They are many churches in both counties and it will require a great deal of effort, time and expense to find the correct one. May I ask what church in particular will you be residing?"

A small notepad was taken out of William's pocket. William had used the assortment of paper for more important facts and mental notes, a means to organize his thoughts into a tangible form. Diligently he wrote down the duo of names pausing as he heard the word 'episcopal'. There was a pause, something that needed to be more looked into as he finished the pair and placed the tattered note pad back into his pocket.

"Thank you Father."

He prose with great respects as he neatly folded the knot in his own tie.

"Might I inquire of your impression of the Free State of Rockland County and Orange County?"

The title was certainly a mouthful, perhaps an abridged version was necessary.

William brow did lift with immense intrigue when he heard those words emerge out of Father Noah's lips. It was very rare that he met such sentiment.

"What advise would you give in bringing the discontented parties together? If you do not mind elaborating."

He requested genially curious.

"Nothing can be resolved until everyone realizes that their disjointed views are leading to their downfall. If even one thinks he can do better on his own than in the group, then you will all fail. You cannot afford in-fighting at such a crucial moment as this seems to be."

The atmosphere around Father Noah suddenly becomes more grim and serious.

"My advice to you is this. A leader must be chosen to guide in these troubled times, but it is not as simple as that. This leader must be truly and unanimously chosen. If there is even one dissenter, the purpose of this leader will be moot. It needs to be someone who is completely neutral towards matters of interpersonal affairs, and whom everyone can put their faith and trust in. I do not believe, with the varying stances in these territories, that such a neutral person exists."
