::To set the stage here a bit, this conversation happens chronologically after the other one titled "Third Floor Cabinet room" has finally ended.

Charles awaits patiently as all gang-leaders have been invited to convene under one roof and discuss citywide matters.

Among the NPCs in Attendance are : Darien Jameson, The Average Erie Presence Cold Breeze Joe of the Masons, Amy and Jade from the Harlequins, and Juan and Hector of the Bandoleros. This scene has been called by the player Drew, and i will let him set the stage more adeptly IC.

Darien looks slightly annoyed at the Average Joe(Han) sitting awkwardly close to him. Darien's exquisite early classic period garb custom made by a Crafts x6 Seamstress, and laundered by a Launderer x5. Compared to the tattered leather jacket, and that slight odor of death and decay that radiates from the person next to him.

::With no care for interrupting the conversations being had between Amy and Jade, or any other people present, Darien chimes in::

"Well, my Gangleader and founding father of this county has elected i represent him in the interests of our "Gang" as you all call it. The Enforcer of our gang too sits with me..::Cough:: to ensure my protection, as i am aware that you have chosen a building that is known to the Vampire Hunters as a place we convene. I trust no camera or lock, this is ludicrous, but in good faith i have risked my life to come here to have this meeting. Now GET ON WITH IT."

"Plan A was to cumulativley pool all of our police and media influences, et al to try and track them down, find out who they are, where the come and go from, what they are about etc. Similarly, I've given a sketch to ...The Knights?, and someone has been examining their tech stuff. If there is a progres report pending from any of these endevours, we might as well get it logged and filed before proceding on the next item on the agenda.

Plan B; luring the hunters into an ambush with decent bait; welllll, plans B' and B" (prime and double prime) are now ready for discussion and perhaps implemenation; perhaps simultaneously which is my usual style for engaging threats.

I've integrated a plan C's involving the hunters which is also plan B' as regards the sabbat; these differ depending on he outcome of my five points compromise proposal; whether it is acceptednot only by this cabinet, but by those to whom the compromise is being offered. The details can wait unil we are up to that part of the discussion.

To Charles*

If your referring to the plans i proposed with you and Alura when the hunters first attacked, i believe that those plans fell through, considering we had issue with the former baron etc. so thus we need to make a new ones. I am curious as to what your idea of a plan C is. That being said here's what i think bout these hunters.

To General assembly*
Now here's what i know about these hunters.
They some how, some way have a very strong connection to god, thus they know about the church.
When they attack they shut off power left and right, thus they can be tracked via industry.
They have some intricate knowledge of Vampire owned businesses, perhaps building codes via bureaucracy.
The one known hunter has had his face both sketched and on camera from Charles' party.
Most importantly they have hit all of the assets of this county via the bombs a few months ago, not just one vampire's but all of ours, thus everyone in this room should have a vested interest in eliminating these hunters.

So what i suggest, that in the ideal of defending this county from all threats, we must put aside personal matters, combine our collective influences, find the base of the hunters and eliminate them.

In this ideal i am asking that people offer their influences to one person, which i imagine that the current Baron Rockledge would be a good one to pick.
We will need contacts in the street and police to be on the lookout for the hunter who's face we have.
We need industry/bureaucracy to track when power goes out to find them.
Also church could be used to find a holy order or collection of holy hunters.

Then once the Baron acquires the location of the base/bases. I ask for an assault team to be assembled to defeat these bastards, perhaps on the third Sunday of January. As the bandaleros can tell you these hunters are beatable, then WHEN we win a private party can occur or something.

Now i have contacts in the police and street world but not the others, so who can provide the other influences? Better yet who WILL provide the other influences?

If anyone else has a better idea please suggest it.

I also have a bone to pick with the Sabbat, so if the anarchs feel it'd be just, for us to go cause some havoc for them. You can count the Harleyquins in!"

Plan C is the one where the hunters show up in the middle or towards the end of our waring with the sabbat so as to wipe us both out in one fell swoop, or to wipe out whoever wins then hang about to wipe out the cam when they sweep in to claim the area. Obviouly, of course we successfully defeat the hunters instead. This one requires all the rest of the puzzle to have been successfully assembled first.

...or, they've got a demon or some such posing as an Angel of light as there patron. They are wielding holy power, but their willingness to slaughter innocent bystanders is not something I'd reasonably expect the Lord to endorse via the granting of divine might with which to accomplish such slaughter.

...unless they are shutting the power down mystically..., or hacking in to the grid. It might not be an influence event that is resulting in the power losses. Still, if anyone with industry can peek in, perhaps wecan at least confirm if the power losses were planned or were they a surprise.

...perhaps, and we can check in there too... again though, this lot has been here alost a year now. Plenty of time to track down havens and physically stake out potential gathering sites to see how many room temperature folk show up on thermal scans; greatest concentrations an greatest times. They might also be able to sweep auras and see where a bunch of folk with dim ones tend to congregate. Perhaps starting in beurocracy, they saw a few regular visitors; ghouls, and followed them back home; etc etc etc possibilties. These are all tricks I've used my self in the past. We caught those gangs that had been super-doped by doing these exactly.

It's why problems should be dealt with immediatly as they arise and not given time to fester and grow.

"those gangs had been bothering the giovanni. I don't think we ever collected on that favor. It might be a plus in reestablishing "warm" relations, perhaps at least providing incentive to return to the negotiating table with us. Similaly, we did save all tho setite ghouls; keeping that much info about their clan out of the hunters hands. That too, could be a cobble stone in the path toward re-establishing mutually beneficial relations with the setites.

Plan A, yes, I agree with this. At least, I agree we should definitly be doing this now, and as top priority; but in addition to, not istead of all of the rest of it. It wont help to find them and not have the battle plan set to use immediatly, they can always move between when we find them and we are ready to strike. For all we know, they don't even have asingle HQ location, but stay on the move anyway to make themselves that much harderto track down. Hency why Plan B; drawing them out into an ambush point of our choosing, is also worth pursuing. Not at the cost of inluence mind you, which should instead be directed via plan A; however I think a less subtle means of attention getting can now be used to lure this lot.

Perhaps, though I will admit there are others with far mor experience in succesfully wielding influence than I. I'm still exloring exactly how influences can work and haven't matered al the subtle details of it yet.

Hoefully, we'll have more time that just two more weeks to pull this off. If we can drag them on until march for example, we'd be in a much stronger position. As it stands now, not many of us actually have expeience being 'stike team'. We need practice. Also I wish to begin teaching integrated combat stratagies; the phalanx system so we can react as units to actions the enemy may take ashey occur. Similay, we should pair up 'buddies' so one individual of a certain threshold power level acting as primary is teamed with a support unit not of that threshold level. The trick then become shielding that team while dividing the enemy so they can be engaged one at a time.

A wee bit of cardinal homoginisation should be underway as well.

I can contribute Police to the pool also. As well, I can contribute Media and High Society. I've got small amount of politics and law (wiil eog it for this month?) if you think that will be of use in this invesigation.

Well, better than the cam gaining any anarch territory at any rate. They're not to have any false hope of ever getting a piece of the bardonia barony. As for foothold though, the sabbat have 2 townships and the cam 1. I wouldn't neccasarily have a problem with the cam joining us in expelling the sabbat form rockland and taking one of the sabbat townships as the price for it.

I plan on negotiating the cam out of this county completley at some point anyway, and in the meantime, they actualy can buffer for us between Kings County and our barony while we build up our own forces for the task. On the downside, theyd now share two borders with us instead of just one. On the otherhand, they don't have a habit ofcrossing the lines univited and blowing up our establishments.

Perhaps they would even be willing to consider trading their northen township to us outright for the second of the two formerly sabbat townships. It would let them complete a wall against NYC from which they could launch their own campaigns and keep only one in-county border for us to guard.

Alternatively, I've one plan here where we keep the other territory, one where we keep both and one where the assamites keep one and we do,and one where they and cam each keep one. There were assamites on the census and i don't know what there price would be, but would like to employ them, first, if and when it comes to war with the sabbat; not as grunt soldiers mind you, but to make sure the highest proprity targets are in fact eliminated so they can't simply recreate another legion of shovel heads every 30 days.

Some DH members already did propose this idea. Damien was not pleased by our rejecton. I wonder if you'd allow me the honour of buying you a pair of shoes; with improvised extedable puisance proof serrated blades in them? The toreador are really great at finding just the right pair of shoes for any occasion.

You'll be glad to hear, not a one of my proposed scenarios here leave the harlequinns out of the big anti-sabbat action. Summer was most insistant that she and her kin be assured satisfaction for the debt of blood vengeance owed to ye all by the sabbat. She is most hungry for it. A bit peeved that I'm still looking to offer them an olive banch one more time first, by including them in the five points compromis: Even though I predict Damien will simply snap said olive branch and try to sake me with it.

I believe the reason the power goes out is simple. Do you remember when we had spirit wards in the cyber cafe and the power went out? If you remember last time when they were on the bridge in that car of theirs, there was also one of those circles.

It seems those circles, spirit ward or whatever, seem to knock the power out. Magic and technology never seem to mix.

As for that piece of property, let us not forget the people you are putting in charge of 'holding' it, tried to stake a mortal that was controlled by a Sabbat. I feel it is not the best idea to give three new vampires this land. Do we know anything about them? *She turns to him.* No offense. Is it wise to give territory to any random strangers?

Hell isn't this the exact same thing you all criticized me for?

I would think it would be important to have some sort of freehold, unclaimed land that would be a neutral meeting ground, no?

Well, the other two are actualy part of Summer West's entourage. The newer of the two were on my security staff this past gathering, the older of them was here before equally unnoticed. The third is here hmself, so, anything you want to ask?

Well, a neutral meeting ground, boh for us and al the denizens of Rockland county would come to exist via the five points compromise. It takes a step further, the water under the bridge compliance making a place all can go to, and use, without haing toask eachothers permissio for. Eventually, we can restore a freehold, but for now it was too large to adaquatly safeguard. Once we peak our strenght agian the landscape will alter so that it is no longer so. All in good time.

well from what i see we are starting this with out everyone present, thats disrespectful towards them. may we plzs wait.

if this domain will back use with training items and support to build a defense against the hunters and sabbat, the fallen angles will hold this danger zone.
but know this, we are not a wall of bodies. and i see some anarchs acting like sabbat and others acting like cam, we kill each other off more then the other groups hunting us. those of the older years have my respect for not acting the fool. even if you think your actions are right , their still foolish.

but i will not allow any other then anarch hold this area and i am looking forward to takeing sabbat land for my own if they mount a offensive. i was a tactition min the crusades and even in moderen times i have my uses.
